I chose to buy this rental property because of its unbeatable location. It's just minutes from Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Kinnick Stadium, and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Whether you're in town for a game, a hospital visit, or just to explore the area, being close to all the action makes everything easier and more enjoyable. I love the energy this part of town brings — there’s always something happening, and you’re never far from great food, entertainment, or world-class medical care.
