This second-floor condo is in a lagoon-front complex right across from deeded beach access, with a private beach area on the lagoon. It is convenient to all the festivals in town throughout the year! This 1,252-square-foot condo has recently been updated with comfortable furniture, with new flooring throughout. A unique feature is the balcony access from both bedrooms as well as the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has free WiFi. This complex has two outdoor pools and two children's pools. There is a private pier and a boat launch for shallow-draft boats, plus a gazebo, a grill, and a picnic area. There is an additional beach area on the lagoon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
