Remodeled & Fully-Furnished Guest Suite

Guest suite provides long-term stays to couples or singles who are looking for an upscale private location to reside with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished w/separate entry in walkable neighborhood that boost mountain views, located just 20 minutes to Denver or Boulder. 1 bedroom/1 bath fully remodeled w/large sunny living space, separate laundry & stainless steel appliances. Includes utilities, use of patio/yard & high speed internet. Min. 30+ days, 1 pet allowed (must be pre-approved).

Guest suite is 1000 square feet of remodeled space, all rooms are custom built hand troweled walls with unique features like custom shelving, hidden walk-in closet, glass bowl sink in bathroom, full tub/shower, travertine tiles floors and wood laminate that make the unit not only people friendly but pet friendly as well. There is a full sized fireplace to cozy up to on cold nights and a large fenced in yard to enjoy with private patio on those warm summer nights. Property faces west to open space and a vast mountain view. Close proximity to walking trails, grocery stores, and easy access to highways that take you to Boulder or Denver is less than 30 minutes!

Guests have full access to unit (private entry) and shared backyard space. Parking is on-street but very close to a private walkway that leads to the unit. Guests have a designated parking space on street, to access unit walk from the street up the walkway to the back fence. There are concrete steps in back that are required to access lower level (7 long steps total), please note these steps may be icy in the winter if they are not maintained. See below for more details.

Guests have access to entire backyard and patio/furniture. There is no gas grill due to occasional high winds. Property backs to open space, walking trails and mountain views. Property is fully fenced boosting one of the largest enclosed yards in the neighborhood great for lounging outdoors on a sunny day and with no neighboring homes nearby, gives a unique sense of privacy hard to find in Metro Denver. Feel free to enjoy the yard with your pet, but please clean up waste and do not leave your pet unattended.

There is no mail service but I can make recommendations about closest locations to open a P.O. Box.

For guests that are outdoor enthusiast and come with bikes and kayaks I have additional garage storage I am happy to share access to.

FOR WINTER GUESTS ONLY. If renting in months with snow i.e., Jan-Mar the only way to access the unit/private entry is via an outdoor walkway (from front to back including 7 long concrete steps). It is the tenant's responsibility to shovel a path ASAP when it snows to maintain that the stairs are not icy. Guests are provided with snow shovels to keep walkway and stairs clear and safe in inclement weather. Please do not use snow melt/salt without discussing first, as there are harsh qualities in salt that eat away at concrete and will cause permanent damage. If you are unable to clear snow (potentially 7-8 times a season) to make your path safe or do not want to make arrangements for a service to do so, please DO NOT book during these months. Thank you for understanding. Guests have a thermostat to control fireplace in unit only, no access to whole house thermostat. Secondary heating options are available if desired.

There are large oversized windows in the living room that poor in warm sunshine and in summer months whole house A/C and extra insulation keeps the unit nice and cool.

I like to introduce myself to my guests upon check-in and share my personal cell number in case they need to contact me but other than that guests have complete privacy.
