Enjoy a cozy, updated 2-bedroom home just east of Olde Town Arvada! Perfect for families and dog lovers, with a modern kitchen, comfortable living space, and thoughtful extras for little ones, including an umbrella stroller, Pack 'n Play, two high chairs, and a booster seat.

The Space: This updated 2-bedroom home offers a comfortable, welcoming space for families, couples, and guests traveling with dogs.

The bright, open living area features a large sectional sofa, TV, and a modern eat-in kitchen with a four-seat high-top dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with complimentary coffee, and cooking essentials.

The two bedrooms feature a king bed and queen bed, with an additional twin hideaway cot available in the living room. The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination.

A separate laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the Pack 'n Play, umbrella stroller, two high chairs, and booster seat.

Step outside to the home's covered back patio, a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air.

Guest Access: You'll have the entire front house to yourself, including its back patio area. A separate guest house is located behind the main home. Each home has its own patio area, but you may occasionally see other guests or pets outdoors. All dogs must be leashed while outside. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home.

The Neighborhood: The home is the last house on a side street that ends in a cul-de-sac, just a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Olde Town Arvada. Enjoy local cafés, restaurants, shops, and a charming pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The nearby G Line light rail provides convenient access to Denver, while major routes make it easy to explore Boulder, Red Rocks, and the mountains.

Great stay. Full kitchen. Laundry. Easy walk to Old Arvada shops and restaurants. Same for RTD station. House was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The house worked out perfectly for attending a special local class. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen is updated and having the use of a washer and dryer is very useful.

The house was located nearby just about anything you need! We were able to leave a handful of large baby items at home since the house was stocked, which was amazing. The smaller bed is very squeaky which wasn’t ideal when sharing a room with a baby, but all in all we had an incredible trip! The app lock for the door was easy to use as well :)

The place was very nice and peaceful with all the amenities that you needed for a wonderful stay. Centrally located so that you could get to stores, restaurants and fun outdoor locations quickly but was quiet so that you could relax and get a good night sleep. Definitely plan on being back next year. Host communications were easy and timely with easy to follow instructions on getting in and checking out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was everything I expected. Nothing super fancy; simple and well put together. Super value. I loved the flowers on walls. As my grandson said the first time he came, “it’s got everything - a kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and a TV. Oh, and a washer and dryer. What more do you need?”

Went to a concert at Red Rock amphitheater. Get location for that. Nice walking trail across the street. Arvada has great food and a fun old town to visit.
