This was a lovely and relaxing get away for my wife and I. The place was clean and well-appointed, and the hot tub was fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough. Terrific experience!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was very comfortable and clean. Communication was always easy and any issues were handled immediately. The hot tub was always such a great way to end the evening and unwind after being on my bike all day. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was the real deal. Everything that was listed or pictured exceeded expectations a true getaway. Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. This property is in the top 2 of my vrbo experience. The host is easy to communicate with and generously includes use of the hot tub and jacuzzi. We loved the quiet neighborhood and open space, while still having a reasonable commute to Boulder and Denver.

Absolutely loved our stay, not a thing was missed! Close to our traveling destinations and convient to Red Rocks. Our host was so welcoming and helpful...will definitely rebook in the future 100%

Everything was wonderful, little uncomfortable when in hot-tub and the people upstairs were on the deck at the same time, just didn't feel as if it was my private oasis but the place was super cute!!

Clean and bigger than expected! Owner is on site, but we did not see them at all. Off-street parking was a bonus. Safe neighborhood and easy access to Denver and Red Rocks. Overall, the property description understated the property!

Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The bathroom is glorious and just as big & beautiful as it appears in the picture! The shower is definitely big enough for two, and in fact has two separate shower heads (with back massaging jets). The hot tub was great, and under a covered patio, so we were still able to use it in a light rain. The SleepNumber bed allowed for adjustments. The walk-in closet is HUGE, with tons of storage space, and could easily be used as an office area (it actually has a desk inside) if traveling on business, or as an extra “bedroom” (there’s an air mattress available) if traveling with a child. I would highly recommend this place for a romantic couples getaway or a luxurious single stay if traveling on business. While it could be okay for a couple with a child or two, I think it’s really set up more for single adults or couples.

OUTSTANDING property- location- price-amenities. Yes this is a basement of someone's home, however it is very charming with LOTS of space. For a Hotel prices you get a large bed room, living room area, kitchenet, large walk in closet, very large bathroom with amazing shower and spa tub, a washer and dryer, hot tub in the backyard, fire pit, patio, and the list goes on. The king size bed was very comfortable great nights sleep. The shower is large with 2 large shower heads and 2 small ones as well it is SO awesome. I loved the large closet to put my stuff in. My favorite part was the back yard relaxing hot tub, fire pit, and patio. If your an animal lover like me you get visited by many birds I saw blue jays, yellow breasted chat, house finch, squirrels, and of course there are three cats, which was amazing. Highly recommend!
