This property is charming, spacious and clean, at the Savannas Preserve State Park area, between US1 and Indian river. Nearby is Jensen Beach, downtown beaches, Stuart and Golf courses.

Your rental place has 4 bedrooms (king and full bed), also includes a sofa bed in the living room area. One large bathroom with dressing area inside the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. A large kitchen, living room, dining room and a fenced back patio with grill and lawn chairs with a beautiful view of the savanna pines.

It’s a Good and quiet neighborhood.
No party and no smoking allowed.

Wonderful place to stay

Nice place

Nice clean place with a short drive to the beaches. The only drawback to it is the only bathroom is an en suite.

Great Location / Excellent Stay

We stayed here for almost 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed it. Just 5-10 mins from Jenson Beach and Hutchinson Island — great waterfront restaurants. The accommodations were very clean. Appliances and dishes all seemed like they were new and excellent quality. The decor had a nice Floridian touch which made it a perfect get away.

Enjoyed this property immensely

The house was very very nice. The location worked very well as we were close to family in Stuart. Also Jensen beach on Hutchinson Island. It had all the comforts of home while on vacation. It also was a blessing that we could have our fur babies with us!

Wonderful, comfortable home to stay at.

We were in the process of buying a home and needed a temporary place. It was the perfect house for us. Tania did a wonderful job cleaning and made the house smell wonderful. We had a barbecue one evening and sat outside. Our needs were met daily. Thank you

Lovely home in a great location

We've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest. It was immaculately clean, very beautiful and new. The host was wonderful, kind and helpful. The house is close to shopping and in a clean, friendly neighborhood. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to all. There was even a bed for our dog! And the fenced-in yard was perfect.

Clean and spacious house with large yard for my fur baby

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a beautiful kitchen with all the items we needed to make dinners. There was a lot of streaming services and TV channels to watch while we rode out the hurricane. We also loved the spacious yard for our dog to run around in and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Misrepresented property.

The owner of this property misrepresents what she is advertising. When you go to check in, there are other people that are occupying the other bedrooms. You do not have the house to yourself. Once I checked in and realized that there was other people occupying the house the same time as me, I contacted the owner and said that I would like a full refund because I am not comfortable staying at a house with other people when you advertised that I had the entire house to myself. She refused my refund and now three weeks later I still have not received the refund and has threatened to call the police on me if I continue to ask for a refund. My advice to anyone who is looking for a place all to themselves is stay away from this property and this owner.

Exceeded Expectations

The house is so much bigger than it looks from outside. Immaculate and bright and the little touches by the owner more than expected. Glasses chilling in frig along with a baby pineapple, a tray of sweet and salty snacks set out and bathroom extras, hair products, toothpaste, toothbrushes and more an unexpected surprise. Appliances are state of the art and LR TV is HUGE. Most of all bed was comfortable. Firm but not hard, no sags or lumps. Cecillia was available for an A/C issue at 1130 PM and took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. Only 2 things that could have been better, parking is tight as there are 2 small occupied units within the structure but NOT part of main rental that share driveway. Huge LR TV is great for movies and series but does not have cable so if you like watching news stations or your favorite weekly shows, you have to do that in the bedroom. Still I gave it a 5star rating

Fun n Sun in PSL

Lovely neighborhood. Friendly, quiet, safe. Property was very clean and welcoming. All appliances were in good working order. Cecelia was extremely responsive and professional, addressing all our needs & questions as we settled in for 5 very fun weeks. The backyard was a lifesaver. It was and sunny. Sound transmission from the adjoining unit could have been an issue but our neighbor was wonderful and considerate so there was no problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Stay

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The home is located in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. The home is very clean and spacious with a lovely fenced in private yard with a Weber barbecue grill. The host is wonderful to work with; very gracious and very responsive.

Host thought of every accommodation

We stayed for 9 nights There was ice cold water waiting for us in the fridge and snacks waiting. The house was immaculately clean and anything we would need was readily available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We defjnitrly recommend this home!

Super Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. House was immaculate and roomy. Appliances appeared new. Backyard was very private. Located in safe & quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions. Host was extremely friendly, gracious, available, easy to communicate with and attentive. Five stars!

Awesome

It was everything we hoped it would be and more. It can be a shock to the system when you rent a vacation home that you've never physically seen in person. This ranks as a top three in all the vacation homes we've stayed in. Cecilia was a awesome host, with a beautiful home. Thank you Cecilia.
