Location Highlights:

VRBO has the wrong address. The address is 404 Seminary Rd., Milford, NY. The property is 3-minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park (we are trying to get VRBO to correct our map. One of our reviews mentions something about it. Also, they have out beds count wrong. We have 29 beds, sleeps 41.) -- NOTE: Yes, we are very close to Dreams Park, but the property is very, very private.

About our "Team-House":

We are the Premier Team-House-Rental in every category:
"Location"...we are 3 minutes to CDP. Yet, not on a busy road, and on a very private setting,
"House"...comfortably, we sleep 12 families. The house is very clean and well maintained.
"Property"....Fun-factor is high, and we try to provide an A-product everytime).
We hit this out of the park, so you'll know what it feels like to hit a walk-off homerun:))

If you like a clean, well maintained house/property, then look no further. We are the #1 Team House for a reason. Yes, the house is great, but my team is just as solid. You can have a nice ballpark, but your team must produce to make it a real winner. This is what we do. This isn't just a game. We enjoy producing an A-product for our teams/families.

- 12 Bedrooms, sleeps 41+ (In real beds. If you need more beds, just ask. I can make a "13th bedroom" if needed, but please ask before booking). -- There are 29 beds, and I can add more if needed.
- 3 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park (CDP) - The house is set-back a 1/4 mile off a quiet, private road. We've got 12 beautiful acres of fun waiting to come home to. Families love this convenient location between games. I constantly hear how wonderful the location is; and to be so close and easy to get to the games and other places, but still be so private.
- 8 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown - voted #2 destination in the U.S. to visit for small towns (it's much more than baseball.)
- Short drive to groceries, pizza (3 minutes to Maskot's), ice cream, restaurants, bar, deli, liquor store, coffee & much more.

- Coolers provided for ice and/or beverages. We even provide coolers for the bunk-house.

"The Compound": Built for F.U.N. and teams/families to enjoy. We have:

- 2 Large Box Fans & coolers available for you to take to the bunkhouse, so the players can use all week. No need to buy or bring (unless you have your own favorite and want to travel with it.)

- Thermador 6-burner gas stove
- Secondary kitchen for overflow (15 ft. of counter space with 2nd refrigerator, 2nd dishwasher, 2nd sink, 2nd microwave, 2nd coffee maker, 2nd toaster, 2nd set of dishes, so people can stay out of the real kitchen when necessary. Great place to keep your drinks, chips, breakfast foods, snacks, coffee station, and more. (I like to cook and have reunions with family and friends....this works out fantastic for large groups. Groups love the 2nd kitchen in the massive, 1,000sq.ft, open TV area.)

- We try and provide "an A-product" everytime. Two examples: we try to mow and blow the day you arrive, so it looks and acts tight. Who wants to come to a rental with the yard needing to be mowed? Plus, it's not getting mowed when you are there enjoying your time. Again, we try to produce an A-product everytime, so our team does it during changeover. Also, our team cleans the pool the day you arrive. We do not have a "weekly service" set on a specific day of the week. We have our own team, so it's done the day you arrive. We want it the best it can be (for you).

We designed and built this home based on our own travel-team and family reunion experiences. If you’ve never been to Cooperstown, reach out. Cooperstown was voted the #2 Destination in the country for small towns. I can share why it's one of the top-rated places to visit and vacation. I provide a list of places to go, things to do, and where to eat. My family has been in this town for 75+ years, and we enjoy sharing our local knowledge with our guests, and make your trip more memorable and special. If you like good food...I've got a spot or two for you. There are hidden gems (AI doesn't know everything), and specific places to get specific items....from one of the better burgers you'll have, to pizza, wings, salmon, special sunsets, live music, and I'll share my favorite farm to table restaurant that I can’t get enough of. What museums, or musicals are happening. We to go for a hike, fishing, boat/kayak/paddleboar rental, live music, "sangria sunset", "Firepit Friday", Lakefront Concert series, and so much more. Don't get me going about #2 rated public golf course in NY, behind Bethpage Black (it's a semi-private course, along the lake). If you are lucky, you'll get to experience the "Fly-in Pancake Breakfast" where you'll see interesting planes landing and taking off on a grass airstrip while enjoying breakfast.
I got to most of the musicals and operas every year. I go to all the museums. I can even tell you where to go bowling or where to hit the rock-climbing wall for you and your kids. Yoga or spin-class anyone? We've got it all (within 3-10 minutes away.) -- Do you want to go horseback riding (you can take lessons), or have a catered meal.
