Nermin- I wanted to clarify a few things after reading your review. First off, we updated the cleaning cost 6 weeks prior to check in. With inflation our cleaning company increased their cleaning fees to help with the increase of cleaning supplies, gas, and labor. Also, I never said that if you didn’t pay the additional cleaning fee that it was non-refundable. For all my guests that had increased cleaning fees, I offered a 100% refund due to this price change. I would have honored that refund at the time you were notified about the additional charge. Second- when booking my unit, you will see that we do fact a ring doorbell camera on the outside of the unit. Just like most families have on their house. This helps with check-in/check-out, maintenance requests, house keeping, deliveries, and to insure parties do not happen at our condo. I can understand if someone had to run in to grab a charger but that is not what happened. You had more than 8 people in the unit for longer than a few minutes. Lastly- I was notified by my management team that the wristbands were not all returned. At that point, I sent you a message with an additional charge. In the contract and my email to you it stated that if the wristbands were not returned, you would not get your full deposit back. That is why I sent you a charge of $20. This is our second home and we try to insure it stays nice for all our future guest. That is why we do not allow more than 8 people in the unit and why we charge when things are not returned.
