'Bonnie Dune' beach house is located on the beautiful nature lovers Fort Morgan Peninsula just 14 miles west of Gulf Shores. Surfside Shores Subdivision consists of single family residences on large lots providing privacy and uncrowded private beaches. Bonnie Dune has an acre of beautiful dunes covered with seaoats winding to the Gulf of Mexico.

This cute beach cottage is family perfect and pet friendly. There are 3 bedrooms with a 4th suited for kids as it is a separate enclosed 4 season room with AC. You can save on the high costs of boarding your pet, because well behaved, leashed dogs are welcomed on Surfside's beaches. All this and your own private 20'x30'pool. Don't miss this perfect family vacation home.

Our stay was excellent. The house was perfect for our family. A small cart ride or walk from private beach access. The house and beds were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen had everything we needed the house was perfect. Everything we needed for the beach,Walmart delivery in 25 minutes. The host was wonderful even with helping me find my grandsons toy. We will be planning another family trip to come back. It just feels like home!

Perfect place in a peaceful location, swimming pool was a major plus, upper deck was spacious and so relaxing, inside was very clean and decorated beautifully. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place for a family beach getaway

My husband, 2 kids (2 and 6), and in-laws all stayed here very comfortably. The home is well appointed, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The pool was the highlight- my 6 year old wasn’t a huge fan of the beach, so we spent most of our time there. Really nice amenity and made the trip for us! Bonnie and Lisa were super friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issue we encountered and making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, and the golf cart parade on the 4th of July was fun! Having a golf cart to rent from the owners on property was super convenient. Watching the fireworks on the beach on the fourth was just the icing on the cake to our wonderful week. The private beach access was very convenient, and the beach was never too crowded. We really enjoyed our time at Bonnie Dunes.

Excellent, Bonnie and Lisa were outstanding ion every level of accommodations provided and customer service. The property met and exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and near the beach access, but I would recommend including the golf cart. I would book again.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time at this home for spring break. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The setting offers privacy while being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach access. We loved having a private pol available, and relaxing on the covered porch. We hope to stay again!

The perfect getaway!

This home was a great getaway for Spring Break! The home is super clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was so great to have a private pool available for those red flag days when you can't swim in the ocean. Communication was great, too! Lisa was helpful and friendly, and it was great knowing that she was available if we needed. The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunshine. The neighborhood was peaceful, and it was an easy walk to the ocean.

Family beach trip

Bonnie’s beach house is very nice. Our favorite part of the house was the front deck. It’s spacious and the furniture accommodated all of our family. The house was very comfortable. The beds were very nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager and owner began early. They are quick to answer any questions. I asked a question about the bedroom located in the sun room area and was told that it had been renovated and contained a set of bunk beds. We needed the three beds advertised in the ad so they offered to add an extra air mattress. I then asked about the golf cart rental and where it would be driven to and they explained the beach access and that it was a short distance down the street. That wasn’t made very clear in the ad so Bonnie offered the golf cart to me for a lesser amount. That was appreciated. The ad made the property look like the ocean and beach could be seen from the deck and the beach and that is not the case. The pictures were taken several years ago and now several houses have been built blocking the view. There was a disconnection at the electrical panel and the electric flash on and off but they were quick to send over an electrician and it was fixed that day. Overall our stay was great. The neighbors is very nice and the property managers were readily available and addressed any issues we had.

Amazing

We loved our stay with Bonnie Dunes. The home was immaculately clean and conveniently located close to the beach. We walked a short 2 min path behind the house to a beach path or you have the option to rent a golf cart, kept on site and drive to another beach access point, which is only a 6 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The AC kept the house extremely cool and was welcome after those hot July beach days. The beds were cozy and comfortable with nice linens. Bonnie Dunes is decorated so perfectly with the beach theme and perfect beach vibe colors. The furniture inside and out are perfect for a large family. We had friends over in the evening for a low country boil and the outdoor furniture was perfect for our crowd. Beach equipment kept in the storage shed truly came in handy as our beach canopy was ruined by the wind and we had a back up option on site. I loved that we could bring our potty trained lab to this dog friendly home. The home was so clean you would never know it’s dog friendly. If you are looking for a great family location for your next trip, book Bonnie Dunes. You won’t regret it.

We have 4 wonderful children and Jax our Bullador. We actually adopted him from right here in Fort Morgan in July 2015 from a wonderful couple that worked at our very own Sassy Bass! He loves the beach as much as we do!

Patrick and I bought this house back in October of 2000 so we could come to BAMA and watch my baby sister play Division 1 Soccer for USA in Mobile. The first four years we limited our guests to family and close friends due to the amount of time we spent at the house and beach each year. As the kids have all gotten older our trips to our little piece of heaven on earth are not as often as we like so we decided to share our home with others so they too could make the same kind of lasting memories that we have been making with our family and friends for so many years!
