The Space

The modern and pristine kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy meals for those nights you prefer to dine in. And you'll find a spacious and comfortable living area that is ideal for TV watching, game playing or just relaxing after a day on the beautiful white sand beach. Feel like enjoying that coffee or cocktail al fresco? Head out to the deck where you'll find plenty of seating to enjoy the gulf breeze.

On the main level, you’ll also find a bedroom with King bed and private bath, as well as a conveniently located laundry room and powder bath.

Two additional King bedrooms with private baths and balcony access are on the second level. There is another full bath and two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with two Twin over Full bunks and one with a Queen and Twin. This home was designed and built with families in mind! The upper deck provides the best views and is the ideal spot for catching the sunsets. If you're lucky, you'll catch the Blue Angels as they practice along the coast.

On the ground floor level, you'll find an outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the sand and of course there is a charcoal grill available for the nightly BBQ. This home can easily accommodate 6 vehicles so there is plenty of free parking for your group.

While the owners love dogs, pets are not permitted in this home, and this is strictly enforced.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
