Great Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is the Best!! Our family of 11 were very comfortable in the house. The furniture and some cookware were showing a little age but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunshine! It’s was just as pictured with plenty of room for our large family. We love the Ft. Morgan area!

Fort Morgan is a MUST!

Best beach trip

We had the best vacation. We loved the Sunshine house. It was so clean and had so much room for our family. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.

Great experience!

Property was clean when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house

We had a great time here, place was so clean. Perfect size for all of us. Walking distance to beach, plenty of activities in the house for the kids. It was great. I would stay again if I wasn't already building a house in Fort Morgan!

Very nice house !!`

We totally enjoyed out stay at the Sunsihine house. It fit our needs and everything was neat and in place. Location to the local pool was just around the corner and the beach a very short wall across the street.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved this vacation house. We had to change a few things around and the owner was fabulous with our circumstances. It was the perfect location for our kids, ranging from ages 2-10. It was clean and everything they put online was extremely accurate. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great House

The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk room and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. Location is perfect! Cross the street and down the boardwalk to the beach. I hope to rent again one day.

Hi Brett and thanks for the feedback. We are happy to hear that the house was a good fit for your group! Yes, one of the Morgantown pools has been an ongoing challenge. The POA had been struggling for months and ended up draining and resurfacing it so it looks great now. There are actually two pools in the neighborhood. The second pool isn't visible from the road, it is located behind the tennis counts. We hope you'll plan a return visit soon. Coastal View Vacations

Lovely Home, Great Stay!

We had a great time this summer during our stay. Very close to the beach and to the pool! Everything was as described, no problems at all. Would absolutely stay here again. There were 2 seniors, 3 adults, and 3 teens in our party. :)

Family Vacation

The house was nice but was overly decorated. Beach access was close. The only pool that was open was crowded, one was closed.

Fort Morgan Vaca

The house was perfect for 9 guest. The pool close to the house was being repair, which was a little inconvenient, but otherwise everything waspetfect!

Perfect family getaway!

House was perfect location with easy access to beach and pools. We love this neighborhood as we have rented other houses here for years and this property was just as lovely- almost as good as being right on beach with the boardwalk right across the street. It was also family & pet friendly which was great! We didn’t have great weather but the house was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed the board games and video games we brought along. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Stevens Thanksgiving Holiday

The house fit our extended family perfectly. My husband and I used the bedroom downstairs with our grandkids in the bunk room. My 3 children and their spouses slept upstairs. Having 4 king size beds was a big plus. Plenty of room in the family room and kitchen area for all to watch ballgames and a big table for card games. We were able to host Thanksgiving for 4 other family’s staying in the neighborhood with all the outside seating too.

Great family retreat by the ocean

We never felt on top of each other. The walk to the beach was a breeze! Only took us about 2 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here.

Shining Sunshine!

If you’ve stayed in other houses in this subdivision you’ll be impressed by the amount of space and sleeping accommodations. You will need to make sure you pack salt, pepper and The basics. We had a great week.
