The property was so beautiful and peaceful, so much room to walk our dog. Everything was very organized and clean. We had so many activities to keep us entertained. We played corn hole, watched a movie, made s’mores by the fire! It was a wonderful family weekend that was much needed for us. The communication was extremely easy with the host. Every detail has been thought out in this property and we appreciated all of it!

The property was quiet and peaceful, with lots of trails to explore. It was about 15 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs. The owners were very helpful and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We rented both properties for our family reunion. We put the young adult guys at this property and they loved it. It gave them their own space which they appreciated.

Secluded Get-Away

Absolutely amazing. Everything about this place is top notch. I will not be staying anywhere else but here on my trips to Berkeley Springs.

Serenity

Super comfortable accommodations in a relaxing and serene setting. Still close enough to Berkeley Springs to enjoy the shops, breweries and restaurants!!

Nice Spot

Overall great experience with friendly and responsive hosts. There are two other houses on the property, but we luckily had the place to ourselves for a nice quiet Valentine’s Day getaway.

Perfect anniversary getaway

Stayed 4 glorious nights in this beautiful barndo! The owners were extremely helpful, the property was beautiful and the house was cozy! We very much enjoyed walking the trails and star-gazing without the light pollution we have at home. What a great place!

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had a great weekend stay. The entire place was clean and new with very comfortable rooms. The property was beautiful and private but still had the owners close by to help with anything The owners reached out and gave us a chance to reschedule last minute because we picked a rainy weekend but we decided to go ahead and still had a fun stay.

Almost heaven

Great hosts, awesome property, better than the pictures. We had a great time for our stay through July 4th weekend. Aaron and Jennifer invited us over to join the 4th fireworks at their house, and the kids loved it.

Fall weekend getaway

Nice property, Deer watching outside the kitchen window. Nice walk around the fields. Private setting.
