What a lovely, relaxing spot for the weekend, close to downtown Berkeley Springs and hiking at the Cacapon State Park. I loved that this place was dog-friendly without sacrificing quality. It was really nice to have online ordering for food, too. The corn bread was soooooo good.

Came here as a getaway for our 25th anniversary and it was lovely. Great access to the local trials and shopping. Highly recommend!

We had a good vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were nice, and we especially enjoyed spending time around the outdoor fire pit. The only issue was that the sheets and blankets were not very clean and had hairs on them. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our vacation.

Cottage should have ice trays in them so clients may have ice with out having to go to the main building. A list of TV channels wold be helpful so to avoid the trouble of constantly going to the guide to figure out the stations.Cottage was very comfortable and was exactly was stated. Staff was super helpful. The on site restaurant is fantastic.

This cabin was great for our trip with 2 kids for a long weekend! Close to all the fun things but secluded enough for peace and quiet when we needed a break.Only giving 4 stars because the listing said it had a firepit and our cabin did not. Would def book again in the future, just a different cabin with a firepit!

Nice, rustic cabins. Beds were very hard and only had sheets on them, no quilt/duvet etc. The furniture could use some updating, sofa etc. very uncomfortable. Overall a decent place and very clean.

Clean and cute property. Easy drive into town yet tucked away in the woods. I would recommend bringing a heavier blanket if staying during the colder months but the fireplace is nice and toasty.

This is a perfect relaxing getaway in Berkeley Springs. Newer clean A frame cabins with gas fireplace and jacuzzi tubs.Very nice !

Upon arrival we checked into the Cabin Rental Office and were able to get the key and map of the property quickly. The road to the cabin is a little rough so you may want to put your vehicle in 4WD if you do not have all wheel drive. The cabin was easy to find and clean on the inside and outside. The wood provided is in the communal area so you may want to drive down depending on where your cabin is. Our cabin had a mini fridge and a drip coffee pot located in the kitchen area. The location is about 4 miles to the downtown area. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub at the resort was closed for renovations. If I am back in this area again I would definitely rent another cabin to stay in.

The location was great, and the amount of space in the cabin was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast. However, we realized our sliding glass door didn't lock properly on our first night there around 7 pm. We called the front desk and were appalled at their response. The man we spoke to said he asked his manager and she said there was nothing they could do to address the issue that evening, and they didn't have any cabins available to move us. We weren't permitted to talk to the manager ourselves. It is unacceptable to be expected to sleep somewhere where the door doesn't lock. We told them that and were met with some pushback until he finally said he "may have something to help." He showed up about 20 minutes later with a piece of wood to place in the runner. It didn't fit exactly, but then he said "if someone wants to get in, they will." The lack of apologies or empathy was upsetting. It is unfortunate that we had to sleep somewhere we didn't feel entirely safe. In addition to the safety issue, we felt that the bathrooms in particular could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the photos did not depict our exact cabin. Our cabin's couch was an uncomfortable outdoor set.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay on a wonderful property for our first trip as a family of 3 with our one year old! We would highly recommend this resort and cabin and would visit again any day! It was warm, cozy, and the staff were above and beyond friendly and accommodating
