Great location, wonderful Tim

We had a great stay! Location was wonderful just a short walk away to a great beach. The garage was fully stocked with all beach needs which was really nice. We had 3 adults and two kids and the space could not have been better suited for our needs. Having laundry was a huge plus since no one wants to take ocean-soaked clothes back home. Would stay again!

Good location, well stocked, but…

This condo had a great location, it was thoughtfully stocked with every essential we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood and plenty for space for our group of 7 however We couldn’t eat in peace or sleep without seeing bugs. This is our 4th trip to hawaii ans we are used to seeing critter but we never had to eat quickly or hide food in order to keep them off our plates. It was highly uncomfortable and extremely stressful.

Beautiful Napili

This property is in a great location on a beautiful stretch of beaches in Napili. Jeff is an extremely accommodating and gracious host, and his place is beautiful. We will stay here again. Five stars!!

Super Clean, Well Stocked, Great Location, Great Communication

Great experience! We had 7 adults and were comfortable. The place has everything you need--chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, spices, stocked kitchen etc. We felt very comfortable--clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet. A number of great beaches and snorkeling spots within a close walk. The owner is VERY responsive.

Great again!

This is our second year staying at this property. It was just as great as the stay that made us want to come back! Everything was made very easy. The house was stocked with the essentials. I always appreciate this touch because you don’t want to go to the store immediately after arriving to a vacation. The location is excellent. Our family loves Napili Bay which is a short walk across the road. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Fantastic stay

This townhouse is kind a great location. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was great having the beach supplies in the garage. Highly recommend, we will be back!.

Amazing location, amazing property

What an absolutely gorgeous location and property. The property was very clean and exactly as described. There were a few maintenance issues, which I brought to the owner's attention and they are working on them. Amazing lanai, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Beds were all comfortable. AC was great. Bathrooms and showers were great. Kitchen was smallish, but who is going to cook on vacation?!?! Kitchen had everything needed. It was great to have an ice maker and cold water at all times coming from the fridge. The area was amazing - right across the street from a great beach and right down the street from another great beach. Lots of local businesses to support in the area as well.

Great accommodations, great location.

The condo is very well appointed, and comfortably slept 6 adults. Location is superb. The unit is in walking distance to beaches, hotels. Garage parking spot was very convenient. Jeff is an excellent host and was very communicative during our stay.

Beautiful home in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people and plenty of room. Plenty of amenities in the home. Only 2 minor complaints was that there were not any washcloths with the bath towels and the first 2 days the parking lot across the street was closed for construction- so beach access was a little more difficult and had to walk up the hill (which was a challenge for my elderly Mother). Luckily they took down the construction barrier later in the week. The garage was fully stocked with plenty of beach supplies- which was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Works perfectly for a family

The condo was very comfortable for our family. We were on island for a renewal of vows ceremony. We used the lanai one day to make lei for the ceremony. A musician in our group performed across the street at Napili Kai Resort. Walked to the restaurant at Montage for a wedding renewal dinner. So location was perfect! Mahalo!

Beautiful place and great location

We were very happy with this property. It was clean and in a great location across the street from 2 beautiful beaches and some great restaurants. Close drive to many other beautiful attractions. Would recommend and can't wait to go back

Perfect for our family

My large family needed a home for our Visit to Hawaii. This home met every need of our family. Between two levels, a garage, and the back porch, we had plenty of space to spread out. But, we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because this house is only across the street and through Napili Kai resort to our favorite Hawaiian beach. Napili Bay is family friendly, the waves are gentle, and it’s not crowded. Back to the house, it was fully stocked with plenty of the essentials like paper towels and TP, had a hose in the front and back so we could wash off from the ocean, and a fully stocked garage of beach toys and gear. Jeff, the home owner, was always easy to work with, offered to bring us more fuel for the BBQ, and left us to enjoy the house undisturbed. We hope to visit this same house again!

Great location

Nice condo in central location on north Maui. Beaches close are rocky but great sunsets and decent snorkeling. Short drive north are better surf beaches. Lotsa of restaurants close by. Jeff was super helpful.

BEST Maui vacation ever

This townhome has a great location near the beach, just a couple of blocks to our favorite snorkeling spots. We truly appreciate the thoughtful consideration of the amenities provided to renters: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, ice chests; well-appointed kitchen and laundry with cleaning supplies; efficient wireless WiFi (our two adult children and friend worked remotely); to name a few features. The patio is very nice with its comfortable outdoor furniture and high privacy fence. We especially appreciate homeowner Jeff's prompt responses to few maintenance concerns. Overall, we had the BEST time, thanks to Jeff and our wonderful accommodations!

Perfect for families

We are a family of 5 and were so pleased with our stay at this townhome in Napili Gardens! It is a small, attractive complex; gated and quiet. There was room for us to spread out yet still feel like we were always together as a family. The garage was well stocked (and extremely well organized!) with beach gear and laundry facilities. The interior of the home as well as the lanai in back were modern and very comfortable. The appliances are all updated which was very nice. The host was very responsive, checked in proactively, and gave great local recommendations. Access to the beach was a cinch as well. We had a marvelous time and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again on a future stay. Mahalo!!

Great family getaway

This property was in a fantastic location and was so close to the one of the best beaches in Maui. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and great accommodations. Property manager was so friendly and accessible, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great to have all of the beach equipment to use. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing house and wonderful host!

This house has everything you want for a Hawaii dream vacation. The host (Jeff) did a great job with the property, it is super clean, beautifully decorated and it has all the necessities for staying in for dinner and for hitting the beach! Jeff was super helpful and responsive with any question I had. I would 100% stay here again! In fact, I sent 3 of my friends the property listing while we were staying there.
