THE BEST LOCATION ON MAUI, ALSO, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX!!! THIS IS PARADISE!!!

Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched whales breaching. You will love our great views of the ocean, golf course and the island of Lanai. This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.

Guests also enjoy golf discounts with no resort fee.

You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout as well as porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Our bathrooms have beautiful porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with plantation style furniture throughout. New top of the line Simmons Beautyrest beds. There are three flat screen TV's, a DVD player and highspeed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into a King. We also have a third twin bed in the second bedroom and a Queen inflatable bed as well.

My villa is on the "P" patio level, which means there is a flight of stairs from the parking level down to the entrance.

Please note that the Kapalua Resort Association has discontinued the resort shuttle effective 11/29/24.

Great location for a family, the Kapalua beach is 5min walk from the property. I want to revisit if I get a chance. Host was very responsive and nice. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great experience staying here. My family usually likes the resort setting or hotel, but this rental experience was awesome! Will hopefully be coming back again soon!

The property is excellent! The only issue I had was that there was a blow-up mattress but no sheets, blankets or extra pillows for the blowup mattress. Other than that - loved it! I loved all of the kitchen items we could use while staying there, so we could cook our food - very nice! Thank you!

Great villa in a great location. Easily walkable to the beach and many nearby restaurants. The villa was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication from the owner was excellent, providing lots of information on the property and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Stay!

We had amazing stay in Kapalua at the villas. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and the proximity to the pool and best beach on Maui was perfect for toting a toddler around.

Really loved the location. Easy to walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches. Fabulous walks/hikes near by. Beds were comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

The villas were beautiful and clean. There were several pools in the complex and tennis courts. The golf course was in pristine condition. The villa was easily walkable to the beach and several other resort properties. Great location for a great stay!

Loved the location of the golf villas - gorgeous view and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. It’s so close to Kapalua Bay you can just hop down there in less than 10 minutes for a swim anytime. Had a fun lunch at the Burger Shack on the beach on the Ritz property, and we love the sushi at the bar at the Ritz too! Kapalua never disappoints, even without the Bay Course open right now. Mahalo for your kind hospitality.
