Great spot, very close to downtown Louisville. The amenities of house were much nicer than many places I've stayed especially the kitchen. Highly recommend if you plan a trip to Louisville.

This place was very clean and just what we needed for a girls weekend trip! The house had all of the necessary amenities and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were 11 of us and we all were able to share a bed and be comfortable. There were three bathrooms each with his own decor, very nicely decorated! The downstairs area provided plenty of room for us to get together and we even did a Zumba class in the downstairs area. Emma was very responsive which added to my comfort level after booking! The photos matched the property! I would definitely recommend Emma and her property!Go ahead, book it! You won’t be disappointed!

This property was located in the cutest neighborhood. It was very quiet and nice location. Close to the local restaurants and wish I had time to shop the unique little town stores. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our stay.

Comfy and clean

We really enjoyed our stay in New Albany. Emma was a gracious host and gave us suggestions for things to do and places to eat! Close to Louisville, KY and was easy to be downtown in about 10-15 min.

Beautiful area

This walkout basement is clean and beautifully designed. Love the wooded area. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. They made what was difficult time for us easier. Would recommend this place and the hosts for anyone considering it.

Family get together

We arrived for a quick Friday to Sunday stay for a family celebration. The check in process and communication with the host was exemplary. They were very flexible and accommodating making our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was clean spacious quiet and stocked with kitchen supplies.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that coffee, basic spices, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Communication with the owner was easy and punctual. Thanks!

Property was exactly what we wanted to entertain our family for Christmas. We enjoyed the large kitchen, and the family/living room off the kitchen was also popular. Eating as a family required a trip to the lower level, with our dinners in hand, to use the larger dining table.Loading and unloading was made very easy by backing into the garage and utilizing the entry door right into the main hallway. This was important because the property sets down below street level, and making multiple trips with all of our stuff would have been challenging.The deck out back was OK, but, we did not use it. The yard is pretty useless as it is has a very steep decline from front to back.Bed was comfortable in the master, bath has been updated. Bring your own washcloths and hand towels, we couldn't find any.Comments from the kids and grandkids were very good, they enjoyed having the space.
