Any downtime spent indoors will be a blast as well with the open layout of the living area and a private balcony to sip a favorite cocktail on as the sun dips behind the mountains each night. Don't worry about having to go out each night for dinner, as meals can be prepared with ease in the fully equipped kitchen as everyone hangs out watching a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. Not to mention, the free high-speed WiFi can keep you connected with remote work or school if need be!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
