This condo provides all the space you need for your family gathering, multiple-couple retreat, or romantic getaway, as well as access to all the day-to-day essentials you need and want, like laundry facilities, shopping, and dining. And when you're not out exploring and playing, enjoy your exciting view from the floor-to-ceiling windows: American Eagle lift and the halfpipe.

This is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and two pullout sofa beds. This lovely Copper Mountain vacation rental has enough space to sleep up to
six guests. The living space is spacious and bright with all white walls, a high ceiling, track lighting, and lots of windows to let in natural light. Hang out here after a long day on the slopes and warm up by the rock-framed gas fireplace, which adds a rugged flair to the space. Watch a cable show or movie on the flatscreen smart TV which you can use to stream your personal Netflix account. Or gather here for drinks in the evening while you listen to your favorite music on Pandora via complimentary WiFi access.

A breakfast bar that seats two separates the living area and kitchen, which is adjacent to the open dining area. Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
