We have a dedicated cleaning team that ensures the condo is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each new guest. We attempted multiple times to reach out to you during your stay. We never received a response directly from you or through VRBO, so we were unable to resolve any of your concerns during your stay. We reached out to VRBO after your 1 star rating and were told you offered to take down your review for financial compensation.
