This entertainer's paradise is a 1100 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sitting on the first hole of the Schuss Golf course with a gorgeous view of the mountain. Open concept floor plan, brand new flooring, appliances , Quartz counter tops and all the modern amenities you could need without sacrificing the cabin aesthetic.

After a day on the slopes, Enjoy a glass of wine or a hot cocoa next to the wood burning fireplace (wood included!) and take advantage of the walkability to the ski slopes, Nordic center, and golf clubhouse. Shuttle into Bellaire for dining, drinks, and shopping. Perfect location!

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.

This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.

Traverse City and Petoskey are appx. 35 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 10 minutes from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'

Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

Loved staying here

You can't beat staying in Schuss Mountain Village. For us, cleanliness matters most and this condo was super clean, also was very comfy and fully stocked. Communication with owners is easy and they are very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

New Years stay

Plenty of space for all of us. Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we would need. The only downside is the walls were thin and you could hear everything from the several places that were attached.

Girls Trip

It was a wonderful experience! The resort is lovely and the condo was perfect for our group. At night we would sit on the deck and look at the stars. This place fit our needs very well. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Great stay for family

Nice property in Schuss village with a lot of activities to do in and around. The home was well maintained and it was easy to communicate with the host.

Perfect fall getaway

Our family wanted to head north and unwind for the weekend and this condo was everything we wanted it to be! It’s absolutely adorable inside. Clean as a whistle. Had everything we could have ever needed. The pool just up the road was closed unfortunately but there was another pool we were able to use just up the road. We loved the whole shanty creek area. Spent a day in bellaire and another in boyne which was just a quick drive. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay! We so appreciate it

This was such a lovely place to stay for a little girls' weekend. We did get up pretty late in the night and it wasn't easy to find, but it was much easier with the instructions provided by the host when it was light out. It was such a hole in the wall find and there were plenty of places to go for food and nature walks within a reasonable distance. I'd love to come back someday to ski when it snows!

We had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the Schuss pool. The unit was a great home base for day trips to Lake Michigan! The house had everything we needed.

Perfect in all ways

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location to explore was great as well. Walking to the pool and parking the boat right down the street was super convenient. Event enjoyed some family pickleball at the courts. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

The condo itself was nicely decorated and the kitchen was adequately furnished with all the necessary items to cook with but the drive back to it was full of very bad potholes

Clean, cozy, well stocked

We took a last minute ski trip to Schuss before the end of the season. We have stayed at many of Connie's condos over the past several years. This one definitely stands out as a favorite. When we walked in we felt at home. The comforatble atmosphere is inviting. There are updated finishes throughout. We loved the woodburning fire place at the end of the day. So cozy and relaxing. Connie checked in to make sure we had everything we needed including wood for the fireplace. The bed is a king which is a rare find here and you could tell the mattress was new. Very comfortable. We decided to stay at the condo for meals instead of going out because we had all of the ammenities of home in the new kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you can think of. There is also a deck in the back that faces the mountain. We used the gas grill while enjoying the view. This owner is definiety on point with stocking this condo with everything you need to have a great stay. I highly recommend this one if you are looking for a 2 bedroom with plenty of space for a family. We will be back this summer to do some boating on Torch Lake as there is a boat parking lot available and this association has its own outdoor pool! Can't wait to come back this summer.

Great Stay!

This was our second stay at this condo for the 2023 ski season. We love the layout and space in this condo. It is always very clean and well stocked. The owner is easy to communicate with and all expectations on check in and check out are straightforward. Location is wonderful! We often walk to the pink chairlift. There is also no one above you so you don’t have to worry about noise. Great stay and great location!

Perfect location for a last minute ski trip

We decided at the last minute to book a couple of nights at Shanty Creek and we were thrilled this unit was available. It was very close to the ski slopes and Bellaire is only 15 minutes away. The host was very responsive and accommodative. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Fantastic Stay!

The condo is adorable and stocked with everything you need. It was very comfortable for our family and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was immaculately clean as well. The location is great for accessing the slopes, and the kids really enjoyed the pools in the evening. We would definitely go back.

Nice condo - condo host not nice

We really like the location and size of this condo. Nice that the condo owner allows pets. We have a standard poodle that does not shed. Although our poodle does not shed fit some reason the owner saw fit to send me a nasty email stating that our dog shed hair everywhere and we left the condo a mess. In our opinion we left the condo much cleaner vs when we arrived. In addition we had a Shanty Creek employee (resort employee and not part of this condos ownership) threaten us for some unknown reason as we entered the Schuss Mtn pool area. There were plenty of witnesses and this incident was reported to schuss Mtn mgt. I was not going to write a review but after being berated via email 10 days after we left about dog hair being shed from our std poodle (poodles do not shed,) I can’t recommend this owner. Terrible and threatening experience that others should avoid. Condo nice / Host not nice. Unfortunately this platform does not allow renters to interview owners - shame. But the actual condo and location was great

Clean and updated

We’ve stayed in condos in this complex before and this condo is the most updated. The layout is nice with enough seating/lounging room for all, kitchen is updated, and bedrooms are large. We’ll be back!

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year around. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The cross country ski trail is literally out the back door. You will be a short walk to the slopes, the club house, pool, hot tub and Ivan's restaurant. We have an outdoor heated association pool. This is the only association in Schuss Village that offers a private pool. You will also have a pool pass to go to the indoor pools and hottubs. This condo is an upper level with vaulted ceilings making it feel larger and more open. No noisy guests above you.
