The house is in excellent condition and spacious. Everything went smoothly and would definitely stay there again. The only downside was a rain storm that took out our electricity for 3-4 hours in the middle of the night. The alarm system could not be turned off so it was beeping every ten minutes. Otherwise great spot!

Spring break

This house was beautiful! Exactly as pictured, everything was very clean. We loved that there were beach towels, chairs and a few other beach accessories! Thank you for a great spring break

Weekend with friends

We spent 5 days in April at the Tides. Beds, air conditioning, balcony, location, parking, amenities were great. Only complaint is the 10 am checkout is quite early. It was a great stay.

Great House, Great Location!

Beautiful house and so convenient to beach and restaurants. Loved that it was in a residential section. Beach was never crowded. The 80 degree summer-like weather made our beach getaway perfect. I’d love to rent this place again.

Beautiful Property!

We had an amazing vacation at The Tides! The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was great! There was so much room and it felt like home to us. It was just what we needed the week before Christmas to unwind and relax after the kids had very busy and tough semester at college. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Perfect, upscale stay for 9 adults.

Very nice place, new and upscale. And more spacious than the pictures show. We had a great time with our party of nine which were two families with our kids which are all young adults. The crosswalk being so close was nice and added more closeness to the beach which was across the street. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Overall had a great stay.

Great time in Redington Beach

Very clean property and great location across the street from beach access. They had plenty of beach supplies (towels, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board) in the garage. Peekaboo view of the water from the balconies. Only slight drawback was that there are a lot of stairs (3-story property) and the elevator didn’t operate so it’s hard to get luggage up and down, lug groceries up, etc. Besides that, it’s a wonderful property. Communication was excellent and very easy to check in & out.

Fantastic Property

My friends and I stayed here for our annual girls trip and fell in love with the property! It has everything we needed and more. The space was perfect for our group of 9 and we all agreed that the house was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable for our stay. We are planning to make this our new go-to property for our trip thanks to the great location, wonderful amenities, and ease of use (the property manager was amazing!) Highly recommend.

Great House. Relaxing Stay.

House was impecably clean and up-to-date. House is actually better in person if thats possible. Was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is there, beach access is across the street and our property manager Allision was great and just a text away when I had a few questions. Thanks again.

Downside was the limited amount of cookware that was available, especially if you did not drive and could not bring the essentials.

Great condo

The place was very clean and comfortable beds. My suggestions is its a beach rental and figured most people are flying to location to have more beach equipment for use would be helpful beach chair, umbrella. The kitchen is very spacious and great appliances just need a bit more pots and pans. One frying pan is not enough for this condo. All in all great condo Beachtime rentals were absolutely fantastic to work with . I would book here and with Beach time rentals again.

Xmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tides Vacation house is a beautiful home, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The location to the beach is perfect, there’s a push button illuminated street crossing just steps from the front door and the beach access is right there. The home was very clean, and spacious, the open concept on the main level was perfect for celebrating the holidays wjth my family. Next time me and my family head to Redington beach we definitely will be trying to stay here again.

Beautiful & spacious condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo for a family vacation and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is updated and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space had a lot of seating for having guests for dinner or for us to spread out. The only issues we had were minor - propane was out in the grill and the main bedroom tv didn’t work. Their customer service was great and they were in touch with us frequently during our stay. We will definitely be staying with beach time rentals again!

Beautiful Home! Great Location.

Literally across the street from beautiful white sandy beaches. The beaches were NEVER overcrowded. The house was so spacious. Only downside was no pool. We wish we would have had one being there for so many days. We loved how calm the area was. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying with a big group. The finishes in the house were beautiful. The house manager was so helpful.
