Events are not allowed without a $500 non refundable deposit. All events must be planned and approved 1 month in advance. An event is considered anything over 7 visitors. Sounds of nature are super relaxing. There is a floating deck for parking of boats. A huge dog playground, kennel dog beds, bowls, toys and more.
