Located 1 block from the bay and beach in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 3 bd/3ba cozy and super clean condo has everything to make your vacation getaway to sunny San Diego rock! Our rental is great for families and groups of 7-8 people. It has two balconies with shaded outdoor seating for relaxing the day away. From the Crystal Pier to shopping and dining, friends and family will be delighted with Pacific Beach's active and lively community.

UNIT FEATURES:

* 3 BR/3 BA 1500-square foot condominium with two queen and two twin beds
* Living room with large couch, 65-inch television (Smart TV) in downstairs, palm-tree views
* Two shaded outdoor balconies for relaxing and enjoying San Diego's sunny mild climate
* Large master bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom, and 55-inch television in upstairs

* Guests must sign a rental agreement agreeing to all house rules prior to arrival (in their welcome email)
* Full refund if cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date; 50% refund if cancellation 7-15 days prior to arrive; otherwise, no refund

Great vacation rental: comfortable, convenient, easy!

This was one of the most comfortable vacation rentals that we have stayed in. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group (Parents, grown son and daughter plus SIL and infant) and we really appreciated the pack-n-play for the baby so we didn't have travel with one. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The host is very responsive. The communication, information and tips provided before our stay were easy to follow and so useful we didn't have to ask any questions or contact our host during our stay. We also loved the snacks that were stocked for us and fun board games on hand. Can easily walk to grocery store, many restaurants and beach boardwalk. The surrounding area felt safe and the building has a lot of security. It is easy to drive to, in and around the town. The two available parking spaces were the icing on the cake.

Excellent vacation

Great stay in PB

My family and I stayed in this unit for four days and had a great time. It was off season, but we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the PB strip for shopping, walks and dining. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. No issues at all. The owner was super attentive, communicative and friendly. I unconditionally recommend this property to anyone including families, especially if you want to be near PB.

Perfect home and location!

Michael's home is awesome! Super clean and well stocked. GREAT location, one very short block to the beach, and just down the street access to the bay. Love the secure gated parking. We were traveling with someone who couldn't really do stairs, so the lower level room and elevator from the garage was perfect. New huge tv with a gajillion channels. Very well stocked kitchen, and lovely updates throughout. Michael was the best host, great communication and very open to feedback. Would HIGHLY recommend this lovely home, would definitely stay there again. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Michael!

This is the one!

We have stayed in this building a number of times because it is one block from the beach and one block from the bay - perfect location. The unit we stayed in for a number of years was getting a little 'renter rundown' and the owners weren't addressing it, so tried Michael's unit this time and we were pleased! Super clean, well appointed kitchen, lots of seating room. We also really appreciated all the beach toys, including really nice body boards with leashes that actually worked. Also great beach towels and chairs. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Prime PB location!

Stayed here on a girls getaway long weekend. 4 mid-40’s moms. The condo was clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and spacious. Can’t beat the location. Across from pacific beach, less than 10 min walk to Garnet and 3-4 blocks from the bay. Would stay here again and even bring my family (kids 6 and 8 years old).

Beautiful, clean, great location

This very clean place is a lovely 3 bedroom condo. Right in the middle of all the great spots. While we had a vehicle, it really had everything within walking distance. The elevator up to the 2nd floor to the condo was a bonus with my senior parents.

Amazing!!

This place amazing and the location was spot on. It is just one black east from the beach. Completely ideal for my family with little ones, close to the beach but far away from the noise. The place was a lot more spacious than I thought. Check in was easy breezy and the host was very responsive and thoughtful.

All the comforts of home

Kitchen well equipped, washer and dryer are great, kids enjoyed having their own space with a television of their own, three bathrooms was definitely a perk with 7 of us. The beach toys and wagon were definitely the highlight!

Amazing Spring Break Trip

My family and I booked this trip for Spring Break. We have 3 teenage girls and they are pretty particular about having their own space and being close to the beach. This did not disappoint! The place was well stocked with all the beach necessities and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it hit all the marks! It was a lovely place, one block from the beach, meticulously maintained, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Great time!

Great condo for our SD vacay

This condo was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. It was cleaned, well stocked/appointed and a very short walk to Mission Beach. It is in a central location - close to all of our adventures. Michael was accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to questions. He ensured that we had what we needed (including equipment for a baby), gave detailed and clear instructions and overall was a great host. Thanks for a great experience and accommodations!

Wonderful spot for large family

There’s so many great things about this vacation rental to share! Location, location, location! Our family has never had the privilege of staying so close to a beach before and the luxury of not having to pack up the car, drive down and look for parking is amazing. We could easily walk to the condo to use the restroom too, so nice! There’s also some great eating spots close by and a full size Ralph’s grocery store. Very convenient. This a was a wonderful set up for our family to all meet up. Having three bedrooms, but especially THREE FULL BATHROOMS, is SO NICE! We could all come in from the beach and jump in the 3 showers and be ready for dinner in no time. The dining table seats a lot and then bar seating as well made it easy to have family meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and even spices, cooking sprays, coffee and more. We used the electric George Foreman grill provided on the patio for burgers one night and it worked well. We also loved the convenience of there being number codes to the entrance gate and condo door. We didn’t have to worry about who had the key. All of the beach gear provided was true to the picture and in great condition. And there’s a full size washer/dryer and detergent provided as well. We do highly recommend this rental for a large family.

good location & communication

Nice location, good amenities (kitchen, AC, 3 bathrooms, wifi) - it can be a little loud on the street sometimes, but that's probably to be expected considering the proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. Host is very communicative and provides lots of instructions.

This place is great! Beautiful, clean and well stocked!

We had a great time and loved how easy and close everything was. The place itself had everything we needed and 3 great restrooms with very nice showers which made getting ready easy. Host was very communicative and very helpful with all questions and needs! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very easy to use. Very close to everything, especially good food and the beach! Michael was a kind and very helpful host! Would recommend to anyone coming to San Diego!

Save yourself time and BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Excellent location - loved the clean, family friendly beach and proximity to everything. Property is well-maintained and super clean. Listing description and pictures are 100% accurate. The best well-stocked property I have rented; I did not need to purchase anything but food for meals. Grocery store, Ralphs, is in walking distance. Wonderful stay for my family of 8. Great property layout for my elderly in-laws (appreciated the elevator) and grateful for the pack-n-play included for my 16 mo. old. Michael was the best host I have ever had responding to questions within minutes. Book it!!

Happening Location!

Our family had a wonderful time here at this condo. The location was perfect for our family, all adults. So close to the beach, restaurants, rooftop bars, coffee, etc. Condo was clean with plenty of room for our group of 6, great rate too. Would stay again.

Perfect vacation experience!

This is the best property we have ever rented - great location, spotless clean, beautifully furnished and stocked, and Michael is the most gracious and helpful host. We’ve been going to Pacific Beach/San Diego for vacations for 25 years for family vacations, and this is the best experience we have ever had - we will absolutely be back!
