Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...
3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.
Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.
Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.
Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.
2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.
Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.
Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.
In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

We were very pleased with the Crown Point property; both the home and its location. The house was clean and well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, linens, etc.Location is even better than expected with walking access to beaches, restaurants, park, and a great little coffee shop just a couple blocks away.

This is such a cute house in a lovely neighborhood. It is very spacious and comfortable. It was in the perfect location in Mission Bay—central to everywhere we wanted to go, plus very easy to the beach and the airport. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around the bay. There is not A/C but lots of fans provided and a good breeze with the windows open. The hosts were very responsive and made it an easy, pleasant stay!

This house was heaven. Perfect for families. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to feed us—even an instapot! We loved being in such a peaceful neighborhood and felt at home. The owners are also very responsive and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

A loverly home within walking distance to the water was a highlight!! Since the area was having an unseasonably warm week I was concerned about no AC, but the house cooled off nicely in the evening and the fans over the beds and throughout the home, made it very comfortable.

A great find in a quiet, but central location in San Diego! The hosts were very communicative, house was clean, and the price was great for the size and location.

This is a cute house it the BEST location. Morning walks to the beach and a great protected back yard for coffee or to enjoy a meal or hanging out was great! Beds were comfortable, and the couches and chairs were also very comfortable for hanging out. Thank you

We loved this house. Perfect setup for our family. Lots of space to spread out, lovely back patio and a well equipped kitchen. Only thing missing are laundry facilities.

Thank you for the wonderful review. However, there are laundry facilities in the garage, a full size washer and dryer. Many guests don’t bother to read the information about the property in the guide. Hope to host you again soon.

The beach house was quaint, clean and homey. We loved our stay there and enjoyed walking the neighbor in the evening to scope out the Christmas lights. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic, accessible home base for a family tripTraveling with three generations—my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and an elderly grandparent—is a logistical puzzle. Finding a quality and relaxing rental was our top priority, and Eric and Yvonne's home delivered. The layout made it incredibly easy to navigate comfortably, sparing us the usual vacation home stress.Walking in, we were relieved to see the place was absolutely spotless. Eating out constantly gets exhausting so we cooked quite a bit. The kitchen is fantastic—spacious and stocked with exactly what we needed for family dinners after long days walking the San Diego Zoo and Liberty Station.Eric and Yvonne are the exact hosts you want. They checked in to ensure we were settled, and when I had a quick question or concern, they replied immediately. Just helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.While the property doesn't have a direct beach view, the location couldn't be better. We loved using the provided bikes for easy rides down to the water at Mission Beach, and it was a convenient launching pad for driving up to the La Jolla tide pools.Great house, truly accessible, and run by wonderful people. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.

The host was wonderful. Very responsive to questions about house prior to stay. Weather was rainy so we spent most evenings in. Which was nice with the family . They have a game closet but it needs some organizing and overhaul .
