Beachfront suite with terrace in one of the nicest beaches in Cancun hotel zone! My suite has 2 double beds so it can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, it has a kitchenette where you can prepare meals and save money!

The complex is a condo - hotel so it has the amenities of a hotel like a Beachside Restaurant, a FABULOUS Spa and a huge pool!

Terrible experience

The host was uncommunicative. When they found out I wanted to cancel for a full refund, before the deadline mind you, the host went awol. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Room was very outdated and noticeable mold. Not a full kitchen. Decent location but place needs a total remodel.

Poor communication , room was not property clean , dirty towels only 2 for 4 guess . Door lock got stuck very hard to use , old condo , needs a lot of repairs and updates . I wont recommend to stay at this room .

very disappointed!!

I own 3 vacation rentals and have never given a bad review to a host until now, (This host should be REMOVED from vrbo). the door lock did not work from day 1. host took 2 days to respond to us or vrbo. we had to put our luggage in front of entrance door every night, because the door lock would not unlock from the inside of room. this issue was noted in a previous guests comment 2 years ago (same problem). the internet worked 1/2 of the time. The property was great. this was our 2nd year here(stayed in different unit last year).

Magic view

The building is a little old and the room is simple. However the location, pool area, and access to beach compensate for that. The building has easy access to public transportation, and is closed to shopping area and restaurants. Overall we had a really great time.

Acorde a lo reservado, sin problemas. El aire funciona bien. El complejo es un poco viejo pero bien cuidado.

Bad communication with host. No details shared upfront, I had to ask many times. Also shares wrong address and then the wrong apartment number (twice). Once I was in the apartment it was ok for 2 nights. Very bad isolation, so very loud during night. Parts need renovation. The beach and pool area are very nice.

Recommendation

Toaster, sharp knife, fix tv cable ( to fuzzy to watch), fridge to small for a months stay but understand it’s a small unit, cold water dispenser on balcony would be nice. Great location and view

Beautiful beach front location, but closer to the airport than the downtown area. Really easy check in and the place was exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay!

Just ok

The building is run down, he pool deck was nice but water was not heated. The condo itself was disappointing. Many light fixtures didn’t have light bulbs or were blown out, the door jam was broken, the safe was locked open so unusable, no warm or hot water the whole time we were there but the a/c did work well. The view from the room was fabulous and the poolside restaurant was great and so was the staff working around the grounds-friendly, courteous and helpful. A little talc in this condo would go a long way but overall it served its purpose because we were outside most of the day. Great location and we felt very safe.
