Villa de Zecheo offers guests the opportunity to forget about the outside world. Every detail has been carefully considered for ultimate comfort and luxury.

The home is perfect for large groups as it boasts 2 gourmet kitchens equipped with Wolf ranges and Sub Zero refrigerators. The chef kitchens come fully stocked with anything you might need.

Each of the 8 rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Our bedrooms offer guests the chance to enjoy oceanfront living from all different perspectives, as you can hear, see and smell the ocean from all of them. Villa de Zecheo is fully air conditioned, and has house-wide Wifi and cable service.

Our expansive property is meticulously landscaped and features a large salt water pool, hot tub and outdoor shower, as well as a beach deck with seating and glorious sunset views.

Daily maid and concierge services are provided during your stay to afford guests the opportunity to dream up their ultimate vacation experience.

Any number of services can be arranged: from private massages and beach front yoga sessions, to sailing, snorkeling, parasailing and chauffeur services to grocery delivery, private chef and catering services. You will not leave de Zecheo unsatisfied.

Unforgettable vacation

14 adults and 2 children stayed at this property for a week and we an incredible experience! The villa provided the perfect amount of space and we desperately trying to get back after our excursions. The villa exceeded expectations!

Family Vacation

We traveled as a family with a total of 13 people. We enjoyed the house . Its an amazing home . The property Manager was very helpful. Highly recommended home!!

Birthday trip to Rincon

We had 7 couples stay at the house for a little under a week. The venue was perfect. Everyone had enough space for themselves with the primary hang out area being the large indoor/outdoor kitchen pool and living area. The house was loaded with yard games and the kitchen was perfect for a chef to have room to cook and serve all of us together. 10 out of 10. It was a great stay.

Fantastic stay

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Amazing indoors and out. Great seating areas all over the property. Beautiful bedrooms and well stocked kitchens. Grounds were immaculate and the housekeeper, Evelyn, was lovely. Eric was great with local intel. Rincon was a great place for fun activities. Would definitely love to return some day soon.

Rincon Vacation Week

The experience at this Villa exceeded expectations. We were a group of five couples and a single who have vacationed together previously in Costa Rica on multiple occasions. We enjoy surfing, outdoor activities, food and drink. The Villa check in process was simple and all needed amenities such as towels, bathroom supplies, beach equipment, pool lounges, beach chairs, music system, and TV’s were all readily available. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated, air conditioned, and high quality. There are two separate kitchen spaces, one at pool level and one on the second floor. Both are chef quality and well supplied. There is daily morning maid service in common areas and Evelyn does a wonderful job. We had a chef named Jason, who provided breakfast everyday and several dinners in house and also did a great job. The location is perfect with a good surf break right out in front of the house. It is a 5 minute drive to town and a two minute walk to a fun surf bar/restaurant. Overall, we all had a great week!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a great stay! We were a group of 8 business colleagues using the house for a board meeting and accommodation space. Both Eric and Evelyn were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beachfront property for a group.

Beautiful spacious home

We loved this house! The home is located in a private area but easy to find and close to town. It was very spacious and clean, with great ocean views and convenient access to the beach from the backyard. The staff was accommodating and kind. The property manager, Eric, was also great. He was very responsive and helpful. We never had any issues and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Time!!!

We had a wonderful time in your property and enjoyed every second. House was fully equipped and decorated with great taste. When we arrived a friendly Eric Steen received us and gave us a tour of the property. The property had complimentary fruits, liquor, water, etc. very nice detail. Our family has claimed as the best property we have stayed!
