The home is tucked in about a block from a major highway street for quick access. It’s about 20-30 mins from Tampa International Airport and 20-30 mins from the beaches. The place was clean and nice. We had some minor questions, and Emperor Rentals was awesome, responding promptly. We only used the pool once as we hit the local beaches more, but it was a nice addition; 4 feet deep would be great for any youngsters. Would highly recommend.

This house is perfect for guests. Very clean, tvs in every bedroom, lighting inside the house was great and it was perfect for our needs. Neighbors were also quiet and courteous. Cleanup was very easy and very low maintenance on our part. No problems whatsoever.

Very clean and cute home. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 dogs. Had family from Seattle so they enjoyed the heated pool. Very roomy and loved the renovations and decor.

This house was perfect for our family stay. It was spotless and all set up for us when we walked in. We truly enjoyed the pool when we had a few minutes to relax, especially with 3 teenagers! The location was pretty centralized to what we had planned, which is a huge plus! Thank you Emperor Rentals for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Softball Trip

Came down to stay for the St. Pete Invitational College Softball weekend. Had a blast. The house was exactly what we needed and is the best most-stocked house we have ever rented. We have rented many houses on VRBO and this was excellent. Thanks again and we will look to stay here again next year.
