We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to plan a relaxing beach getaway only to have it disrupted by the noise. We know that's not the peaceful experience you were hoping for, and we're genuinely sorry that it affected your vacation so significantly. Unfortunately, the construction was taking place on a neighboring property and was outside of our control. While we don't have any ability to manage or stop work being performed on nearby properties during normal business hours, we certainly understand how disappointing it was. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we're sorry that your visit didn't reflect the relaxing stay we always hope our guests have.
