Beautiful view, very clean, and spacious! Could not be beat for those things. That said, it Needs better bed in master, and darker blinds if you want to sleep past 6am.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We understand guests can have their own personal preferences when it comes to a mattress. The current mattress is new and a medium firmness. We, unfortunately, cannot always accommodate every preference. Unsure how to comment on the blinds, sunrise isn't even until after 7 am this time of year and the windows are west facing, not east.

Thanksgiving get away

The views of the Ocean were amazing..the breaking waves were amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a great holiday. Definitely on our list to stay there again.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We had a fantastic time in the condo. We never heard any of the neighbors. The place was spotless and cozy. The views are breathtaking and way better than the pics online. Definitely would stay again.

Incredibly enjoyable!

So relaxing and such breathtaking views. We’ve stayed at the Village at North Point several times but what a delight to see Orca whales. The resident gray whales are a treat in and of themselves but the Orcas were fun to watch!!

Ohhhh..those big waves!!!

What a place! We loved everything - from the big mesmerizing splashes against the rocks to the huge equipped kitchen! What a view! Location is so conveniently close to everything. Will definitely come back.

Awesome view!!

This place was beautiful! The ocean views were stunning, we seen whales every day. It was hard to leave the view to go and see other things during the day. Would definitely recommend. Perfect Place for 2 couples or a family .

Absolutely amazing!

We are from Colorado and wanted to maximize our ocean view, and this condo was perfect for us. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry room had everything we could possibly need. The heater in the bathroom along with the jetted tub were very relaxing. Would love to come back and share this gem with family.

Fantastic views!

This was everything we had hoped for. We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was fantastic! We were hoping to spot some whales and weren’t disappointed. We saw 3 whales within five minutes of walking in and whales every day we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Whales out our window

We watched whales right from our bed first thing each morning. It was awesome. This is a beautiful condo, right on the beach, really well stocked, with a fun clubhouse and pool and lots to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay!

Stunning view. Saw whales right off of the balcony.

This place is fantastic. Spacious. Comfortable. Gorgeous views. Nice bathrooms and beds. We’ll set up kitchen with all you need. Ample parking. Would definitely come again.

Our second stay. Hopefully not our last.

Very well equipped Condo with killer ocean wave views. We literally stayed in the condo except for a short shopping trip. The crashing waves are hypnotizing.

Beautiful! 3rd time at property. Quiet, private, clean. Whales outside our balcony every day.

Easy, convenient booking. Property as described. Beautiful views. Whales viewed from our balcony every day. Rec center clean and quiet. Property very clean. Easy access to hiway. Restaurants short drive south to Depoe Bay or Newport, north to Lincoln City. We will certainty return and stay at same property.

Beautiful View!

This Condo is exactly as described. It has been our favorite of our entire vacation! We will be back! It is in a very safe area, we saw whales from the patio, and the clouds swooped in at the last moment to prevent a beautiful sunset photo. Only one issue and that was the Hot water in the master bathroom stays hot for about 2.5 minutes.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The unit does have a large water heater, but if you fill a bathtub and then try to take a shower, there will not have been enough time to recover new hot water for a long shower.

Whale watching weekend

Beautiful views, great balcony, very comfortable beds. The toilet broke in the 2nd bathroom the first night. They came out and check on it, came back the next day at 9:00 AM to fix. Everything was great after that.
