Fantastic stay! Great location. Clean, spacious, great views. All the beds very comfy. Pool was warm. Beach is perfect. Easy walk across street to John’s Pass to shops and restaurants. Todd and Cheryl were great hosts, answering any questions I had immediately. I would absolutely rent this Beach House again in the future. Great parking. Lots of beach chairs. We enjoyed our week. No complaints. Thank you Todd and Cheryl.

We had a great stay at this location. The location couldn't have been any better....steps from the beach and across the street from John's Pass. The unit was clean and we all enjoyed our stay. The units owners were very nice and contacted us before our stay and the staff at the condo were super nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good overall had some issues with elevator being down most of the stay and asphalt work but all in all place is well equipt and the views and beach are spectacular. Very nice being in walking distance to shopping and dining.

Nelson Brothers visit Beach Place

Very good experience - loved the condo and proximity to Johns Pass. High marks for all - very enjoyable experience for the Nelson Brothers and our wives!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The condo is beachfront and the view is amazing! The owner was very thoughtful with the items provided to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Plenty of bath towels and having the laundry room in the unit was a huge plus. Located across from the elevator which provided quick access to the beach and pool. Also within walking distance from the shops and places to eat across the street at John's Pass. Only negative is the building elevator was slow and parking is very limited as there is no free parking anywhere in Madeira Beach so something to consider if you have multiple vehicles.

This property is exactly as described in the advertisement. It is right on the beach and across the street from shops and restaurants so you don't need a car.

Great view, great space, great location.

This condo was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the views were amazing! The location was also ideal being right across from John’s Pass with the restaurants and shops. The office staff and maintenance workers were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Beach Place

Unit was clean and comfortably accommodated my family. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Property needs some updating but overall it’s a great place to relax by the pool or the beach.

Perfect Location

We had an incredible stay! The condo had everything we needed including supplies for the beach. It was a great location. With John's Pass right across the street, we had plenty to do and lots of restaurant options without needing to drive anywhere. There were 5 of us girls, we had plenty of room. We had a blast!

Everything was as described. Only thing wrong was the elevator was down for the whole trip. Also no beach towels!
