OWNER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.!!
Would never stay here again!!.
We've been in many different condo's in the past and this by far was the the only and the worst "Bad" experience.We stayed August 5-7, 2023. In this Unit specifically (1004) you must look for the key in a mailbox 10 minutes away.It is not big deal, but unusual. When we got to the apart the key didn't work.We called the owner(Lou Zandy), and he said that they got confused and gave us the wrong keys. (Understood we are human being). I thought he would tell me "The person who made the mistake is very sorry and will be taking you the correct key".Well that did no happen.The owner told me that I SHOULD. likewise, I SHOULD go back and change the key and pick up the correct one. That was all he said!! no apologies,not a sorry that's it.The person who put the wrong key, went back to that mailbox to put the correct one but he/she couldn go and take it to me. I expect a certain amount of consideration! Theowner (Lou Z) with a very bad attitude, without any kindness told me'' that's the only option that you have''. That he lives in Pennsylvania and he has no one there for help in this case . He frankly ruined our day.It was obvious that he did not care at all to ammendt in the best way their mistake. When I told him I would call Vrbo for help, he laughed on me. 3 Agent spoke with him to reach an agreement,but they didn't achieve it.The man is very unprofessional.We paid more than $700 per 2 nights to be treated like trash.We'll never stay again!!
