A short driving distance from Gunlock Reservoir and Snow Canyon State Park, there is plenty of Southern Utah for you to explore. Take a walk along one of the many bike paths connected directly to the home, or never leave home! No matter the time of day, the mountain views from the back patio will take your breath away. With a private pool, spa, and an outdoor fireplace you wouldn't have to leave the Southern Comfort to have the vacation of a lifetime!

This Brand new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom is 3000 SF and comfortably sleeps 19 guests in beds. Cook dinner in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen before sitting down to good food and even better company. Enjoy the family room with a 75" 4K smart TV with YouTube TV included. This beautiful property will keep your kids busy with a Nintendo, basketball arcade, a pickleball set, and a ping pong table. Spend your days lounging by your private pool with an outdoor 55" TV and hot tub, or take advantage of Ocotillo's Resort Community pool, hot tub, or the pickleball court. Enjoy your evening sitting by the outdoor fireplace located on the balcony or grilling up some burgers on the infrared BBQ grill provided. The home needs an overall deep cleaning, furniture inside and out needs cleaning or replacing. Multiple things broken. We’ve stayed in this community multiple times. It seems to be letting upkeep slide.

The pool was lovely--loved the waterfall. Everything was clean, and well stocked. loved the furniture and the decor. One silly thing I really liked was the phone plugs by the beds. Very nice touch. Overall, we really loved it!

This is a great home with lots of gathering places. The pool was the perfect size for soaking and talking. The home was modern with nice open spaces. We would definitely rent again.

Needs cleaned, very few pots and pans to cook with. The frying pan had duct tape on it. Need more wash cloths.

Fantastic!

We loved this home. It fit our needs perfectly. The home was spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and we loved that each room had a bathroom - perfect for our growing family. We also loved the heated pool and the extra amenities like a ping pong table and pickleball rackets. We will definitely stay here again.

Great space for families

This condo was perfect for our New Year vacation. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and furniture, grill, and of course the swimming pool is always the favorite spot. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood make it a place we'll remember.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay very much! The kids loved being in the bunk room together and the parents appreciated having king beds and attached bathrooms. The pool and hot tub with a tv close by was also a big hit. Thanks so much

Excellent home for a large group in a quieter location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, and there is plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed having an on-site, private pool, and the common pool area was much more convenient than other locations we’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and the house was pretty functional for our size of a group. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect for us! I love that each room had a bathroom and the pool was so fun! Nice and heated since it was cold when we went down. They were also so quick to respond with the things we needed. Will stay there again.
