This wonderful unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Kuakini Tower. Guests love this location because it's away from the busy traffic of Ali'i Drive!

Unit#231 has 997 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai! Beautiful Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the condo. No carpet! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#231 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & A King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details**

Very nice Condo by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation for us. We were able to cook meals easy, because the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The living room was comfortable. We were able to relax and watch TV. The Lani is quite lovely, wonderful privacy and very comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice with a comfortable beds & nice beddings. Short walk to a cute little beach. Wonderful restaurant at walking distance. Just 30 minutes to the airport, which wasn’t too bad of a drive.

The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and all sorts of other fun beach stuff! The beds were so very comfortable! It was everything we would need. I was very happy with the condo! Please note, there is only one parking spot available, not two. If you have more that one car, one will have to park on the street.

In the unit are boogey boards, 3 beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. The white Sands Beach, a short walk, is amazing for relaxing or going for a swim with a beautiful sand bottom. We drove the entire island and this beach is in the top 3. Most of the island has no beach. Our dishwasher wasn’t working but no big deal. Just washed by hand. Knutson was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Overall we were very happy.

Parking spot for this apartment is bad and they charged a $50 damage insurance which was not called out when I booked the reservation - this is the only reason it is a 4 star but apartment condition, location, etc were super great.

My husband and I and another couple loved the comfortable beds and living room, modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the beach, downtown Kona, and multiple restaurants. The spacious balcony with ocean view was a big bonus. The property managers were very communicative and responsive. Onerall a top-notch experience. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the area. The condo was beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. It was far enough away from the touristy hustle and bustle to really be relaxing. I miss the lanai and how enjoyable it was to sit outside while listening to the birds an viewing the ocean in the distance.

Fantastic Stay in Kona

The condo was clean and comfortable. The living room seating and beds were comfortable. The condo had plenty of cups, silverware, dishes and cookware. The large lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset. Parking was convenient to the elevator and the unit.

One great vacation!

The condo was a perfect layout for 3 of us, including enough space when my husband became I’ll the day after we arrived! He had lots of room while we were out exploring the island. I also can’t say enough about Knutson and ***. Property Management team, especially Blake and Shyya Ha’o. Shyya stayed in touch with me when planning to meet my aunt, so she knew where to go. Everything was done and ready when she arrived before us. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you for helping to make this a great vacation, even with a sick spouse!

Good stay in Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious and clean, very well appointed as far as every day items we need. I was a little puzzled by them only allowing us 3 dishwasher and laundry pods for a week stay. Wev were told we could buy more and request a refund but that is too much of a hassle. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner nearly every day so we could have used more. Management might want to consider allowing one per day of stay to be realistic. We ended up hand washing most days - but who wants to do dishes on their vacation ? seemed silly, are they worried we would steal dishwasher soap ? Also watch for mandatory security fee that we were not fully aware of until final payment when it was tacked on, option 2 was pay $1000 deposit then have to get that back later. Would be much better to clearly state that requirement at time of booking, but it is small print so read carefully and get clarification. We were also locked out of our unit the first night. The door code they gave us was not correct, it took us a while to get a hold of someone to get a new code. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Not positive I would recommend to others, it depends on what their needs are.
