White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Unit#118 has 920 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai with Pool & Ocean Views! Ceramic tile throughout. Washer & dryer in the unit. Very Large covered lanai! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle.

Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. An Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous furnishings and Art Work to create an inviting experience to have the perfect Hawaiian Vacation!

ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO BE MADE AT LEAST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ALLOWED THAT DON'T MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS. The owners and housekeeping appreciate your understanding.

Gorgeous sunsets and great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect. It had everything you could possibly think of. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, surf boards, snorkel gear and toys. Great view from the balcony of the beach and pool. The grill area is fabulous with all tools needed to make a great dinner. There is a fridge too to keep your beverages cold The beef in the master was extra comfortable. Love the washer and dryer. Love the ice maker makes lots of ice and they also provide a cooler for the beach which was very nice. Lots of sunscreen and insect repellent. I highly recommend this unit. Great location to perfect beach access and restaurants.You will not regret the wonderful time making memories.

We have stayed a few times in Kona and enjoyed the White Sands Village the most. Very spacious with an ocean view. The kitchen is fully furnished and we saved money by cooking. Location has bus service to go shopping or accessing the park for snorkeling. Black sand beach is across the street and has life guards. Over all the best place we have stayed in Kona. Looking forward to staying there again.

A fantastic apartment with everything needed for a great stay. The furniture was all comfortable, the balcony overlooks the attractive pool/bbq area, the kitchen is comprehensively fitted out with quality equipment. The condo is directly across the road from a cultural site and a stunning swimming beach with great waves. We have loved this stay!

This place excited all my expectations. Kitchen was great, specious and functional. It's clear this property is very well taken care of. It's such a peaceful and quiet spot; perfect for relaxing. The location couldn't be better.

Amazing Kona Holiday

Perfect place for being close to everything in Kona and also quiet and private. Loved the condo and great kitchen with everything for meal prep. Across the street from beach and a great restaurant. Highly recommend.

We have been with VRBO for at least 30 years. Over 20 rentals during this time.This was close to the very best as far as the location, ample supplies, cleanliness, decor, service, and generalatmosphere in this nice condo.

Dream getaway

I love the location and accessibility of stores, restaurants and best part beach. The beach is right across the small street. The hosting company is very attentive and the home has everything you could possibly need. It’s been 6 months from our stay and my kids still talk about this vacation.

Magic Sands Perfection!

Exceptionally clean, VERY comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, good furniture! Delighted to find plenty of essential toiletries, coffee filters, laundry soap, etc! The unit is tastefully decorated. Appreciated the quiet condo community. This is a community that values friendliness and a peaceful place to relax. LOVE IT!

Great Unit

Fantastic unit directly across from La Aloa Beach Park. Unit is clean, has all the beach gear you would ever need and is conveniently located by the elevator, near the pool and close to its parking spot. I strongly recommend this unit for you Hawaii island vacation

Great Place to Stay

The kitchen was well stocked and the chest on the Lanai had chairs and plenty of dive gear. We used the grill and had a couple of great dinners by the pool.

Great location and good ocean view.

If there were half stars, I'd give this condo 4 1/2 stars. It is quite small, but comfortable. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, and the beach area will be even nicer when the construction is done. I did not give it a perfect rating because, at a minimum, the kitchen floor and some furnishings need to be updated. Just a warning if you're retired and like peace and quite - try to get a unit in the upper building of the complex. That is because people really enjoy the pool that is between the two lower buildings. As a result, there is "happy" noise from the swimmers, especially in the evening.
