Kona Magic Sands#213 is a DIRECT oceanfront, 2nd floor condo that is meticulously maintained, beautifully furnished, and has absolutely anything any guest could dream of. Wifi, beach gear, linens, dishes you name it, the condo has it!

This 2nd floor condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months!
Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a walk in shower for you.

In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.

Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!
Laundry use is available in the complex, which is a shared common area.

The window the window with the bed next to it was my favorite rental so far. From that view u get the best sunsets. I would wake up to beautiful moon over the ocean views, waking up to the waves right there. I posted pictures and people thought it was AI. Just gorgeous. This one will be at the top of the list when I come back. And the host were amazing as well. They let me check in early. And had everything I needed for the beach. Chairs, ice cooler, boogie boards, And coffee.

Overall good experience. Knutson and Associates were amazing. Amazing view and very local vibe in the area. However, our bath towels were very smelly. We had to wash them and it was July so very warm. If you are someone who needs A/C probably not a good fit. Overall condition was ok. I'd give it a 3 out of 5 stars. We enjoyed out stay.

They certainly shouldn’t have had any odor, and we’ll have our housekeeping team inspect and replace any towels that aren’t meeting our standards. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As noted in the listing, this home does not have air conditioning, and during July the warm island temperatures can certainly be noticeable. We always encourage guests who prefer air conditioning to book one of our many homes that offer it to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit, the proximity to the ocean allowed us to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. It was awesome. We were extra lucky as there was high surf during our visit. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The assigned parking spot is a plus, you don’t have to worry about parking during busy season.

Kona magic sands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location right on the waters edge, so you can hear waves all night. Walk a few steps to a wonderful restaurant, right by the water and a beautiful sand beach to swim or surf. Coffee shop is right there too and offers some food choices for breakfast as well. The location has some road traffic, but it is cannot be heard in the room as waves drown out the sound. The area feels safe. Knutson & associates were easy to communicate with, and very attentive, making our stay relaxed and worry free.We would stay here again! Thank you 😊 🙏🏻

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here - place is very clean and loved listening to the sounds of the ocean right outside the back windows. We also loved walking to magic sands beach everyday

Great stay!

We have stayed at this property in the past. You can not beat the location. We washed whales from our couch! This apt was the nicest one we have stayed in! It’s light and bright. Clean, comfortable. We will be back!

The property is right next to a small sandy beach which is nice. In the condo with all the doors closed you can hear the waves crashing so it was hard to sleep for a light sleeper.

Stunning

Having the ocean right smack infront of the condo was amazing! Did not spend any time in the area of the condo as we toured all over the island. Was centerally located for all directions. Great to wake up to the ocean and fall asleep with the sound of the waves!

Ocean at your front door!

We had a great stay! The listing was very accurate and check-in was simple. The location is fantastic — being able to listen to the ocean at night and having direct ocean access was a real highlight. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with bugs or outside noise. Parking was easy and convenient. The only small improvement would be cleanliness in the kitchen and main living area, which could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Kona area!
