Beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse on the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa. This home is fully furnished to the highest standards and provides all you could want for the perfect family holiday! The living area offers a bright open space for dining and relaxing with high quality coordinated furniture. It has a large flat screen TV with cable channels. A number of DVD's and board games are provided. The open kitchen area has all the appliances and utensils needed for the expert cook and has a phone to order take-aways for those who don't cook! A children's high chair, play pen and stroller is available. The first floor has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and 3 additional bedrooms; the master and 2 twin rooms. The master has a King bed, flat screen TV, wardrobes and en-suite with oval bath, shower and toilet. The spacious 2 twin rooms have flat screen TV's 1 twin bed and a bunk bed. The Queen bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite with bath, shower and toilet. This home has no rear neighbors. The resort offers lagoon swimming pools, lazy river, slide and play area as well as clubhouse, game room, gym and spa. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are all within walking distance. Adjacent to the superb Highlands Reserve golf course (par 72) where preferential rates are available. All major attractions within 15 mins. Perfect for a family holiday! The resort has a 24 hour reception, clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving food and drinks from breakfast until late, both inside and outside on the terrace overlooking the pool area. The area is Wi-Fi enabled, has an internet room, games room, fully equipped gym and spa. There is a $20 Per Day/Per House Resort Fee plus tax, which is payable directly To Regal Palms upon your Check in. Pool towels are available in the property. If you prefer to bring your own, that is fine. If you use the Resort Pool Towels you will need to pay a Deposit for Each Towel.

This was an amazing resort! My 3 kids loved the lazy river and the pool. Check in was fast and easy. House was fully stocked with essentials, though a few kitchen pans need to be replaced (warped and food stuck/burned easily). Very clean and the host was easy to get in contact with. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our visit and plan to come again if in that area.

The host had great communication, the house was comfortable for our group. The resort is nice, and not too far to the pool. The grills were only a few steps away for the night we wanted to grill out.

The owner was quick to answer questions and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It's in a great neighborhood with everything we needed close by. We enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful Resort

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is in a good location with stores close by. I would stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house is great, just as listed. The resort amenities were amazing, my kids loved the pool area. The location was also fantastic being near everything we needed and an easy drive to and from Disney. We will definitely be back!

Host was very responsive. Lots of room, great amenities. Did not like 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Bring extra if you stay more than a couple nights. Other than that its great! Everyone enjoyed all the space and bedrooms.

Family vacation to Disney World

We enjoyed our stay at the house, it was good for what we needed for our vacation and not too far from any of the Disney parks. Nice quiet area.

Overall, the home itself was very nice and had a lot of potential. The layout was spacious, the location was great, and it’s definitely a good option for families—especially being so close to the resort amenities and theme parks.However, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. While the home looked good at first glance, it wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected. There were areas that clearly needed more attention, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the space causing us to end our trip a night early. With better cleaning and attention to detail, this property could easily be a top-tier stay. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Good location for Disney parks.

Owner very responsive and accommodating. Convenient location for us being close to all Disney parks and Universal Studios. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location and property

The house was exactly as listed, good size for our group and clean. There was plenty of room and decent amenities for our stay. We enjoy the Regal Palms resort since we are golfers and it is close to many courses.

Perfect for our needs

The house was just as pictured. The pool area was really nice and the food in the restaurant was yummy! It was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks! Neighborhood was quiet and nice!

This property was amazing!!! Carolina was awesome ! The townhouse was spacious and had plenty of room! The kids loved it! The adults loved it even more!!! Indoor laundry unit came in handy especially with the little ones. The amenities that came with the property was such a steal!!!

We are a family of 5 originally from Chicago, 3 children ages 17, 12 and 7. We enjoy coming out to our home at Regal Palms for the past 5 years and enjoy relaxing at the pool. We like the proximity to the theme parks and tourist locations. When we come to stay at our home we find it hard to have to return, but know that the memories we made as a family will stay with us forever. We welcome families to stay and enjoy their time in our home so they too can create memories of their own.
