Walk to fine dining and chic shopping from this owner operated very clean dramatic contemporary retreat. Centrally located in the coveted "West of Fairfax" zone of WeHo, the home delivers privacy & security behind iron gates and towering hedges. When you step into this sanctuary called “Modern Oasis", it will take your breath away.
The warm atmosphere and setting is filled with sweeping floor-to-ceiling double paned sliding glass doors that wash the home in natural light. Arriving guests enter through a welcoming foyer into a single space holding living, dining, family and modern kitchen; all of it unfolds surrounded by leafy views & natural greenery on 3 sides.
High-style & functional touches include a prep island with seating, state of the art stainless appliances, 7 private patios, 4 full bathrooms; 3 of which are en-suite, an architectural stairway with skylight, and a beautiful stone wall in the television area.
Two large bedrooms with huge closets and two full bathrooms, complete with walk-in showers finish the lower level.
Proceeding to the 2nd level, you’ll step onto the striking skylit stairway and enjoy two more spacious primary suites with private balconies, walk-in closets and full spa-like bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower, dual sinks and large bathtubs. A third quaint skylit bedroom, with twin bed, is ideal for small children.
These 2nd level retreats feature treetop views with a total of 4 private balconies.
