Tropical Heated Pool and Hot Tub with Palm Trees! The backyard feels like you are in Hawaii! Beautiful updated home! 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Amazing Gilbert location, 5 minutes to freeways restaurants and shopping. 15 minutes to trendy downtown Gilbert. 5 minutes to Mesa Airport, 25 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 30 minutes to Scottsdale and Lakes. Several Golf Courses within 2 miles. Lots of hiking and parks close by.

Host & Property are Great

The host was outstanding. Communication was clear and concise. Responses were very prompt. The house was very comfortable and the pool area was well designed and maintained. Will stay there again if it is available.

Awesome Place

Communication was excellent and the house was wonderful! Outdoor space and pool were both amazing and we spent the majority of our vacation swimming.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice and we really enjoyed using the hot tub. We really booked the house for the backyard. Wish the weather had been a little bit nicer and we could have used it a little bit more. We would stay there again.

Lovely outdoor space

Property Manager was always available and helpful. We loved the pool area and took advantage of the spa. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Clean and Lovely Property and Gorgeous, Fun Yard!

We were extremely pleased with this property! The house was sparkling clean, well laid out and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the yard, which was very well maintained, and we utilized all the amenities - the pool, hot tub, barbecue, dining table and shaded outdoor seating. Kim was very responsive to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at this property. Very clean and quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and stores. House was very clean, pool and hot tub are beautiful! Kim was awesome to deal with and even picked up a fan for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks, Kim!!!!

Sports Tournament Stay

In town for a sports tournament, clean property in a nice neighborhood. Easy & good communication with Kim. Pool and hot tub were great.

Nice getaway

House is not large but had ample space for family of 4. Pool and hot tub were the big draw, they worked well. Property manager was very responsive.

Winter getaway

Everything was great. Everyone loved the hot tub. Wish the weather would have been warmer to try the pool. Communication was easy. Would definitely go back.

Perfect getaway property

Kim is the perfect host for this property. There is a lot of tech integrated throughout this property and Kim is on top of it. You want to turn on the waterfall, one text to Kim, and boom! It was like magic. The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is what makes this property stand out. Also, there are malls, outlets, and fun centers just around the corner. We look forward to escaping to this tropical oasis again.
