House was exactly as listed. The backyard was great for my dogs. The whole neighborhood was great. Wish we had taken more advantage of the walking trails throughout. Katie was very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating when we had to extend our stay.

The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and very well thought out. The kitchen had nearly every amenity you could need, and the spacious backyard was ideal for our dog. Overall, it was a warm, inviting place, and we would happily stay here again.

Nice house in a great location. Pros:Clean, nicely furnished pet-friendly home with open-plan living. Comfortable bed with ensuite and good size shower. Appliances we used were in good working order. Backyard with natural grass is perfect for children and pets. The surrounding neighborhood is beautifully landscaped, quiet and safe. Having a park next to the house is a bonus. The location is also close to main arteries, perfect for work or pleasure. Host is friendly and responds quickly. All our enquiries were answered professionally by our very helpful host. Cons:Backyard could use some TLC with more lawn furniture and a sturdier table. We highly recommend this place and definitely will rent again if available on our next visit to the area.

Our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. We had a wonderful stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check-in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home was spacious and had enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was helpful and communicated frequently. We appreciate the hospitality and would love to return.

This is a wonderful home. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The home was spotless and clean. The check-in was easy. The host provided instructions that were easily understood and available when we had questions.

Perfect Gilbert Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Katie’s place. The location was great. Well stocked. Super clean and comfortable. The dogs enjoyed the yard and the walking path right next to the house. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Great location with attention to detail

The host was very responsive & the house include fantastic details like a welcome basket of snacks & fully stocked shower. Coffee bar supplies were a plus!

Home for the holidays

I do not know where to begin however I can't say enough good things about this dog friendly house. The location, the openness of the home and the dog decor definitely made me and my fur baby feel welcomed. The back yard was large and my pooch enjoyed sunbathing each day. The house is perfectly stocked with everything you and your fur babies could need. I will DEFINITELY be back Katie was great!! Very accessible and responsive. You are missing out if you pass on this house.

Best VRBO Stay Ever!

I was going through a stressful time selling my house due to some issues with our contract and found ourselves in between homes for two weeks. We found out last minute, which clearly had us scrambling to find somewhere to stay. Katie was the most amazing host I’ve had; she was communicative, accommodating, welcoming and has a very beautiful home. She took so much stress off of us and I’ll be forever thankful. 10/10 recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

The neighborhood was very safe, quiet, and welcoming, and I appreciated easy access to everything I needed during my stay.Cleanliness and ComfortUpon arrival, I found the space spotless and well-maintained. Fresh linens, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the living area was cozy for relaxing after a busy day.AmenitiesThe vacation rental offered a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and basic toiletries. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and the host provided thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, crackers and chips. The house even had purified water that had a dispenser that heated it or dispensed it cold. The owner of the property made a discrete visit where she had an extra water bottle delivered to the front door in case we needed it, which we did! Everything was in good working order. The house had accessible clothes washer and dryer which allowed us to come home and unpack our washed and clean clothes. The house has plenty of electrical outlets to charge our devices. The property has a secure backyard that is both concrete/grass
