Enjoy staying at one of the best locations in Sea Pines when you vacation at the beautifully updated 2413 Sea Pines rental villa in the Lighthouse Tennis complex. This bright, renovated 2nd floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and views of the tropical surroundings and community pool.

As you enter the front door, you're greeted with coastal decor and a comfortable living room setting. The main areas of the home feature laminate flooring. The living room has a sofa, two club chairs and a flat screen TV. The private porch can be accessed through sliding doors in the living and dining area.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably, and the updated kitchen features everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. combination and a dual vanity. The guest bedroom feature 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to the hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have new carpeting that was installed in the fall of 2021. And both bathrooms were renovated in the summer of 2023.

Our Sea Pines rentals villa at Lighthouse Tennis is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of Lighthouse Tennis villa can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Beautiful condo overlooking the pool. Nicely decorated. We did not use the extra bedroom in this particular condo so can’t speak to comfort of those beds. . The king size bed was very uncomfortable unless you like a hard bed otherwise a very nice place close to Harbourtown.

This unit was beautiful! Perfect location by the pool, close to the beach, and in beautiful Sea Pines. I would recommend for families. It was a very convenient location and so easy to get around the island.Also, Sunset Rentals was THE BEST rental company we have ever used. They were in constant communication with us, asking if we needed anything. When we asked to extend our stay, we had immediate response from them, and were able to extend. They were amazing!We also rented bikes through VayKLife, and received our 150 credit. No gimmick, it was really a credit. Our bikes were delivered to our unit and picked up. So easy!Can not say enough good things about our experience. Would recommend all of the above!

Bday girls trip

Super cute and exactly as pictured. Clean and neat and decor is perfect. Very happy with location as you can walk to Harbour Town or bike. Pool seen from balcony is steps away and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean, centrally located condo. We didn’t use the pool but other guests seemed to be enjoying the pool area. The only hiccup was that our door code did not work and it took some time for someone to come out and let us in. Otherwise our stay was great.

The location is ideal as it is very close (biking or walking) to SP Beach Club, Harbor Town and Salty Dog. The SP trolly is easily accessible from the Sea Pines shops ( 1 blk from the unit) and its a fun and convenient way to get around the plantation. C'est Bon at the SP Shops was a perfect day start for a morning coffee, tea and onsite- made bakery (great blueberry muffins!) The misses:1. What beach property rental doesn't provide beach towels? This one! If your travel is by airplane make sure to leave room in your packing for this necessity. I spoke to other renters and unit owners using other rental management cos. and they all had beach towels provided.2. The king bed was very (very) firm. Past guests commented on this and the manager/owner responded that they would explore using a mattress topper which was not the case during our stay. If a very firm mattress is an issue for you, now you know.3. Kitchen has only the bare minimums compared to most places we stay. Again, not a big issue for us, but others may want to cook in and should know what to expect.4. Our key pad battery failed sometime after day one. We didn't notice until midway through the stay. It was ultimately resolved.Overall, Hilton Head Island vacations are always a great blend of relaxation and activity. Enjoy!
