We were really looking forward to having the courtyard for our toddler, but unfortunately, the gate shown in the listing photos was no longer there.The property could definitely use some deep cleaning and general maintenance. The couch had several stains, the bar stools felt grimy, the water pressure left something to be desired, and some of the rooms were uncomfortably hot.That being said, our stay wasn’t horrible by any means! The property was cozy, we loved watching the deer, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. It had everything we needed and was certainly livable. With a little extra attention to cleaning and upkeep, itts a really great place to stay!

Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the management company was excellent. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. Outdoor front courtyard was so relaxing.

Home away from home

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near bike paths. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and newly remodeled bathrooms. Would stay here again!

Family Getaway

Great property with superb finishes! Perfectly located in the middle of Sea Pines - easy bike to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This property rental was for our family of 7 that includes adults, teens, and one grandchild. It was clean; communication with the management company was excellent, and community amenities were within steps of the property. A few items in the living room would have created a bit of a homier atmosphere, like lamps and more comfortable chairs for lounging and visiting after a long day at the beach. Lounging space was limited and lacked comfort. The glass coffee table wasn't the most suitable for a toddler. Other than that, the price for the rental was good.

Awesome stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything in this home was beautifully updated and the location was awesome. We walked to dinner one night and road our bikes to the beach. It was wonderful.

Great Property

Our multi generational family of 6 stayed at Oyster Bay. It was relatively recently updated and appointed well. We had plenty of room and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the location in Sea Pines is very central - easily accessable to everything. We would recommend staying here.

Relaxing

We stayed here with my family of six for my birthday, mainly for a quiet relaxation and visit places around hilton head...The property was clean, quiet (no disturbance) we were also offered credit towards beach items, We received messages during our stay from the management team, to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again in the future..Beautiful with no disturbance.

Stunning holiday home

We stayed in the property for the RBC Heritage Open. The location is ideal, you can walk to the Sea Pines centre in 5 mins, which has tennis courts, gym and coffee shops. The property was all newly renovated and super clean, very tastefully decor throughout. The room with bunk beds has a third pull out bed which can be useful for families with three children. Charming property, would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this home! We love the neighborhood and its proximity to everything in SeaPines. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The bedrooms were each a good size and the 2.5 baths worked well for us! Things to note: We didn’t pay attention before our arrival and were surprised that there was no TV in the bunk bed room. The mattress in the master suite seems to be a firm one, but we had no trouble sleeping. Our only “fuss” was the outdoor furniture. It was pretty dirty when we arrived. I understand that outdoor cushions are hard to keep clean with all the trees overhanging and storms blowing dirt and debris. I wouldn’t even had mentioned it but one of our favorite things is sitting outside in the early mornings in our night clothes and we only sat out one time after covering the cushions with clean towels. A bright side though, that morning we had a buck come right up next to the back patio. Overall it’s a great spot and worked well for us!

Beautiful home

This home exceeded my expectations with how beautiful, updated, and clean it was. It was beautifully decorated without all the knickknacks many homes have, to give you more storage and a clutter free space. It was also in an upscale neighborhood. We loved our stay and our two kids were able to have their own rooms and husband was able to have enough room to work remotely. Also the kitchen was gorgeous.

Family spring break

Great quiet little neighborhood in perfect part of Sea Pines. Quick walk to Sea Pines Shops and Harbour Town via paved paths. Walk to plantation club and beach about 30 mins or quick 5 min drive. House was as advertised with fantastic kitchen as well as outdoor and living spaces. Master suite was very spacious and luxurious. Impressed with services offered as we were contacted several times by rental office to make sure everything was up to expectations. Grounds crew on property frequently to ensure leaves blown off of outdoor spaces. Overall very impressed and would definitely rent this property again, and would certainly recommend Beachside Getaway for future rentals.

Family vacation

We loved this house and neighborhood! We have stayed in several places in Sea Pines and this was a favorite. It was the perfect size for our family of five! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the excellent appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The decor is lovely and very welcoming. The bike ride to the beach was about 7 mins and was on the path which was perfect. We accessed the beach where Greenwood and Sea Pines Dr intersect. It’s a very quiet area of the beach which we prefer. We have teenagers so this was easy. It may be more difficult with younger children. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Such a perfect experience! Me and my family with our five little kids loved this place! Perfect distance between the beach club, salty dog, and Harbourtown! We rode our rented bikes and it took about 10 minutes to each of those places! Would definitely rent here again

Charming Sea Pines Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. A few things to note: Pros - location in a quiet pretty neighborhood, tasteful renovations/updates, comfortable mattresses, bike rack. The house was clean with the exception of the master shower. Cons - do not expect to enjoy the outdoor patio furniture. The cushions (there's A LOT of them!) are stored in a big box outside and are very dirty; easy to clean and ready to use furniture would have been preferred over cushions. The living room seating is not adequate of groups of more than 4 even though the house sleeps 8. There is just one sectional sofa and it's awkward for six adults to all sit on it and relax. A couple of comfortable side chairs would go a long way to make the room feel complete. Also there is a desk in the MB but no chair or lamp or anything to make it functional. Overall for a small group this is a good choice of a rental.
