We love Ozona and since we discovered Eric’s properties several years ago we love it even more. We enjoy the beauty of the area and relaxing nature of the community. By far our favorite vacation spot.

Winter vacation

The property and apartment was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was very nice and some nice restaurants very close by. I would go there again.

Great place in a very neat neighborhood!

Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!

Great stay!

I chose this property mostly based on photos and reviews and so happy I did! All were spot on! Eric was very quick and kind in responding to my inquiries prior to checking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, due in large part to the rental and its location. I would definitely rent again!

Very relaxing location

The property was as distributed. Ozona is a quiet place with excellent dining within walking distance. We had a few minor issues after we checked in that were quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the bike/walking trail.

Relaxing Spot

Ozona is an amazing, peaceful place. And Eric's property is in a great location - a short 1 minute walk to the water where I enjoyed my coffee most mornings. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely choose this property again!

We loved our stay in Palm Harbor. The condo was very nice, clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We were very close to the bike trail and restaurants. We’ve already booked our next year’s stay. We highly recommend.

Nice old Florida neighborhood feel. Awesome location didn’t use the car all wkend. Friendly helpful owner. We’ll appointed little apartment. Had a great time.

Perfect in every way

This the perfect spot for a last minute weekend getaway! Eric was very helpful throughout the entire trip!! Would stay again! Very Close to Dunedin but a little further from Clearwater Beach than expected but it was a easy drive. The location was close to honeymoon beach and the causeway as well as convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Great getaway!

I highly recommend this quaint little cottage. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops and sunset views on the water. My husband and I were visiting family nearby and really liked the vibe of this cute town. Property manager was responsive and available. Hope to return again in the future!!

Great area, relaxing vibes

Enjoyed the stay, one concern was the door didn’t have an inside latch or door lock. Also the screen door had seen better days and couldn’t enjoy the evening breeze for fear of insects getting in the screen.

We loved the neighborhood! Would come back again.

The owner was very helpful. There was a small issue at the check in, but the owner came right away and took care of it immediately. The rental was close to water, shopping, food, and airport. For the price, great spot. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Pet friendly area. Rental was small, but had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have TV in the bedroom.

Eric and Ozona was a winning combo

Location was great/ close to my family in Palm Harbor. Eric’s instructions were great. Loved the seashell driveway. My unit was downstairs, entry was around back, well lit. The unit was perfect. Nicely furnished, recently renovated, great water pressure. I wish there was a small bar of soap to get me started, but there was hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for me to use which was great. Water pressure in the stand up shower was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were high quality, which was nice. Queen bed in the bedroom, and I guess the couch pulls out to a bed ( I didn’t try it). Eric was really responsive by text, although everything was so smooth, all I had to do was text him that I’d checked in, and that I’d checked out.

Neat and convenient

The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.

Amazing location

Loved the house. All the upgraded appliances were great to have. The walking distance from the water and restaurants were very convenient. Would book again.
