Although the grove has been sold off and developed over the years the remaining 1 acre provides a private tropical sanctuary for its guest in the geographic center of charming Dunedin. .
Cottage #1, has a fireplace, Cottage #2 has tiki hut .


Less 10 minutes and you will be to the quaint shops and restaurants and right 15 minutes to Dunedin causeway and Honeymoon Island State Park. "About the property" as pictures illustrate, The gated property is a tropical oasis that the owners have nurtured over the last 20 years. Enjoy vistas of native and subtropical plants and trees. Start your day with a stretch in the private Zen garden, yoga mats provided.

Feed the turtles and Koi in the Koi pond. Take a dip in the lagoon pool (not heated) or just relax on the hammock under the tiki hut. Landscape lights on at night create a romantic setting for couples.
