Great Getaway

Everything was just as expected. We had a great time. One lamp in the living room didn’t work, but other than that everything went well. Yard was fine and all the games that were there we used! Didn’t find any lifejackets for the kayaks, so we couldn’t use them. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. A bit of a learning experience with the TV but we finally worked that out. Would highly recommend this property.

Worked great for our fishing group of 3. Plenty of space for boat and truck. Views in the morning are incredible!

Suamico Stay

Lovely and charming house to take the family and your canines. The house was spruce and clean. We came with a toddler and pup and they both loved it. There’s a gated yard for dogs which was very useful. Our son was obsessed with putting his feet in the water which, aside from bringing our dog, was the primary reason we stayed. The beach was a little gnarly (lots of rocks, shells, sticks, some dead fish, etc.) which is typical on the coast of a lake or bay, but just not an “idyllic” beach scene. Definitely bring water shoes if you plan to go in. If you’re coming from Milwaukee or Chicago area, it’s a great place to get away if you’re looking to shut down the engines and reconnect with nature, It was a memorable trip!

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our time at this lovely vacation home on Green Bay. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded, making our stay relaxing.

Lovely vacation spot

Had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful and was very clean. Furniture was comfy. Be sure to visit Smullys up the road for great food. We went there 3 times! Also recommend a daytrip to Greenbay to tour Lambeau Field. Well worth the time even if you're not a Packers fan.

Time away from home.

Lovely house on the Bay

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the yard and beach area. The kayaks were fun to use. Also has a great fire in one of the fire pits! The location was quiet and very well kept. The house was well stocked with anything we could need. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Perfect getaway on the water

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay here with my wife and dog. The property was well-appointed and comfortable. The bay views were stunning, and the fenced in portion of the yard provided a great space for our pooch to enjoy himself. This was a great place for a nice peaceful getaway. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future.

Spectacular views!

Quiet cottage home that had wonderful sunrise and water views! Very peaceful. Would have loved to use the kayaks and firepits, but we just ran out of time! 😉 Loved the fenced in backyard for our fur baby. Stocked well with supplies and the owner was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again and recommend to others.

This property was perfection! The feeling was of total privacy...whether looking out towards the water from the shaded patio through the beautiful canopy of the mature trees... or by the thoughtful lawn firepit close to the beach with 4 comfy Adirondacks... or the platform on the beach just up the easy stone stairs with 4 built in chairs and 2 side-tables that give you a stunning, full view of the water. The sunrise truly is breathtaking. I plopped a camp chair at the water's edge and enjoyed it from start to finish... with water gently lapping the beach. Fishing boats on calm days, sailboats on windier days...all add to the distant scene. Even the landscaping is beautiful... very natural and pollinator friendly, with pretty ivy here and there over the stones. The home itself is just wonderful! Both the main bedroom and the great room open to the patio... views of both the beautiful yard and water. The gas fireplace was like a real woodburning fire... and was cozy and perfect for chilly evenings. Also, separate room heaters/air conditioners.Everything is so beautifully decorated... but still comfortable for kids and pets. The kitchen has great appliances, gorgeous countertops, and lots of cupboad space for your food or extra belongings. There are kayaks, a Lilypad, wood for the firepits... even a washer and dryer! Most of all... it was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. Day or night, the sounds & views of being right on the water, that light breeze...it was magic.

Perfect waterfront/beach property

The house is very clean and we had all we were expecting and more. The kitchen is well-stocked, the fire pit and grill were great. And the beach, sand, and morning views were awesome!

Family get together

Great place to have a family get together. Son came from San Francisco, daughter came from Howell, MI. My husband and I came from Marshfield, WI. We enjoyed 4 days grilling meals, recreating at the beach and water, playing inside games etc. And the usual rainy weather we have been having this year was perfect—sunny and perfect temp!

Very peaceful

This was the perfect quiet getaway for my wife and I. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced yard was ideal for our dog, and opened onto a sandy beach. Despite having homes on both sides, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect secluded get away

The house was perfect! It had everything you needed to just unpack and relax. The area is so peaceful and quiet. This was the 1st trip for our 2yr old lab and she enjoyed it, too. Great fenced in yard for her to play in or chew on a bone. Don’t forget your water shoes! I didn’t bring mine and regretted it.

Beautiful Property!

We loved spending time outdoors during our stay! The private beachfront offered incredible views of the sunrise, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. The house had comfortable furniture and the fireplace was cozy during the cooler nights of our stay. We did have an issue with flies and other bugs, though it was hard to avoid being on a waterfront. Cleanliness in areas of the kitchen and bathroom could be improved, but both spaces were usable. Overall we had a very nice time!

Labor Day weekend getaway

The property and location were great! Checked all the boxes for an end-of-summer getaway. Loved the beach right out the back door! Water shoes are a plus - glad we brought them. Enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, lily pad, and the bar/restaurant a short walk away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt cozy. House was well stocked. Cleaning could have been a little more thorough in places (fridge/freezer not wiped out, sink - fruit flies, main bedroom - dead flies around the patio door) but was mostly good, would recommend and stay again!

Cozy Cottage!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend to see a packers game and had a great stay! So cozy and updated finishes and furniture. The view of the bay is gorgeous, even in the winter. It’s quite a bit away from any grocery stores or restaurants so just make sure to plan at least a 15-20 minute commute to get food. Nice and quiet location. We all slept great given they had a pullout bed and 2 bedrooms. A/C and heating units in each room to control temperatures. Overall a great stay outside of Green Bay!!

Tranquil getaway right on the water!

Highly recommend a family getaway here! We stayed for 6 nights and loved it here. We were outside from 8am to 10pm every night. The fenced in backyard was lovely. We were maybe 30 steps from the beach and just a bit more to the waterfront. The house had great supplies - paper towels, kitchen stuff, toilet paper, all linens. We did bring our own towels and chairs but they also had that! We even walked down to Smully’s for happy hour twice and enjoyed the proximity to eat out. Overall, we would come back next year and recommend to friends. Owners are very responsive and happy to help if you have any issues.

Nice Home on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Michigan home on the Green Bay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach. It was great not having to fight crowds, all we had to do was walk from the house to the beach. The lake is shallow in this area, but definitely bring some swim shoes as the bottom is not the best. The lawn was great, and had lots of shade to play in. The house is nice and comfortable. The beds and couches were comfortable, which is a must on vacation. Lots of windows to let the Great Lake breeze in. That was very helpful, as the home did have a slight odor of smoke, which was the only con. The windows had curtains and blinds which is super important to us with small kids going to bed before sunset, and prone to getting up early if it’s bright. Great location, within 10 to 20 minutes of just about anything you need.

Fantastic view!!

We really enjoyed our time!! The cottage was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the water!! The peaceful time was just what we needed!! We will be back!!!!!
