Pool heat is an additional $80 per day plus tax. Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs to arrival.

Spring training get away

The property was perfect for our needs. There were 5 couples and we each had our own room with plenty of space. 3 bathrooms was enough. Everything was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurants, grocery store all close we enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening!! Would definitely stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for Ironman, loved the place. Very spacious. Did not get the rental code and the folks manning the line were a bit frustrating, had to go therough 3 people to finally get a code sent in spite of renting a day early. After that they were very helpful. Convienient to everything.

The place was clean and walking distance to everything we needed. We were there for the NASCAR race, so we didn't spend much time at the house.

Girlfriends Weekend

We all had such a great time. Accommodations were wonderful and the hosts were so nice and helpful. One suggestion is to supply paper towels but that is so minor

Arizona heat

The house was everything that was advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet plenty of room if you wanted to be alone. The house is close to food stores and restaurants. When contacting the host Katie always answered very quickly to any questions or situations that came up. Would definitlely stay at the house again.

Beautiful home and pool!

Really enjoyed a relaxing coupla days with family enjoying the pool and yard. Home has plenty of room to spread out, is very clean and comfortable. Management company was very communicative and easy to work with. Would love to return!

Experience was great

Family Get-Away

Greats: Fans & televisions in all bedrooms; quality paper towels and t.p.; quiet neighborhood w/park nearby; close to grocery; regular coffee maker; fridge w/ice maker; lovely pool (couldn’t find the switch for the light); nice outdoor covered area; very comfortable home! Needs: Baking dishes (for brownies!); extra kitchen towels; light bulbs (several were burned out); batteries for remotes (had to pull from one remote to use in another); dust pan; a few more pool toys/floaties; a few more pieces of silverware; throws for the couch (?)

Perfect Home for our Family Group

We were very happy with this lovely home. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Location was central to most everything. Trader Joe's is only one mile away! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

We traveled to Arizona to spend time with our family, and the location was ideal. We had enough room for everyone and everything we needed. Me and my family had a great time. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we'll return!

Tempe House Stay

The location was great as it was close to the airport, zoo, and aquarium. The pool was great and the house was clean and well kept. The check in process was easy the host quickly responded to messages. We had a very nice stay!

Nice and clean, large family friendly home!

Communication is super important and our host was great all the way around! House is in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and well appointed. Directions were easy and straight forward. Super nice stay to see some college football and see family!!! THANK YOU!!!

Perfect location

Our family loved our stay. We celebrated the life of my aunt. The house was ready upon arrival and had plenty of space of me & my husband, dad, 2 sisters with significant others. It was close to everything we needed. We played Jenga and enjoyed coffee Highly recommend staying here.

Great Family Vacation

My family came together to see my daughter graduate and celebrate an early Christmas. The house was a great lay out for several adults and the backyard was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves and had space to ourselves when needed. Great home!

Wonderful oasis in Tempe!

My stay at this home was a lovely experience. Everything in the house is updated. There are many amenities available, as well. It felt like staying at a 4 star hotel! Most importantly: communication with the home owner was excellent! She was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend booking this house for your vacation!

Beautiful home! Wonderful property manager.

We traveled from out of state, to bring my daughter to her first year at ASU. This home made us feel comfortable. It’s beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location is very convenient. The pool is clean, and is (in my opinion) a must given the Arizona heat. The property manager was professional and kind. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!
