Fall asleep in this 5th floor corner unit and wake up to the sounds of the surf from your private balcony. This unit truly offers a beachfront view from every room, even the shower!

Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped kitchen while watching the activities on the Gulf of Mexico. All appliances are provided including a full capacity washer and dryer right in the unit. If you don't feel like cooking, there are a variety of restaurants and cuisines located nearby. Don't forget to check out the Best grouper sandwich at Dockside Dave's or fish tacos from Caddy's or virtually any dish from Bubba Gump's at John's Pass and Boardwalk.

Collwood has completed extensive improvements throughout the property. Highlights include a newly renovated heated pool and deck area, with glass wall ocean view; new pool furniture and umbrellas; expanded grill area with sink and prep tables; updated shuffleboard court; and beautiful landscape and lighting to welcome you in the evenings.

This secure building has on-site managers that keeps the building and surrounding area clean. You will enjoy their friendly welcome and appreciate their efforts in making your stay enjoyable.

Another great stay at Collwood

This was our first stay in 504 and it did not disappoint. We loved the decor and the fully equiped kitchen, lots of beach towels and laundry facilities. The managers are wonderful and there are plenty of communial beach chairs that you can grab on your way to the water. The next time we are in Madeira we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome! Perfect location and breathtaking views.

This place is a no brainer! Great space, top floor and beautiful views. Well equipped and easy access to beach. If you don't mind crowds, go to Clearwater. If you want tranquility and personal space, head to Madeira Beach.

Another great time.

Brad and I love your place. The Ocean View is stunning. The Condo is very pretty and well kept, very clean and tidy. The people who run the booking of the Condos is very proficient and easy to work with. We have been coming to this place for a couple years now and have no interest if renting from anyone else. If you don't have a nice time staying here, it's your own fault. Thank You for another great time!!!!

Amazing place to stay

We have stayed at other condos in Madeira Beach and absolutely loved this place. It is easily at the top of our list. Great views, beautiful unit that was very clean, and location, location, location. Fantastic on-site management was a great thing to have available. We will for sure be back.

Collwood Condo -Unit # 504

We loved our time at the beach, and the condo was beautiful. Very relaxing five days, loved spending time with the family and alone time after our boys went back home due to school. The sunsets every night were breathtaking! We had to cut it short due to Hurricane Irma coming our way. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Becky and Brad!

Always a pleasure at Collwood!

We have rented 504 several times and always look forward to going back! The owner is very gracious and the resident managers are very good at their job. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. The condo itself is perfect - a corner unit where you can literally see the gulf from every room. It is totally equipped and you will lack for nothing. A great area, great people and a great unit!

Very clean well kept property. Managers are really nice and keep property clean.

Love coming here every year , new this year was a fob vs key to get in lobby , this made it easier when you have your hands full. Stayed in unit 504 loved the décor , bathroom and kitchen well stocked. very comfortable and felt like you were at home. Mary and John (managers)are great and keep the property very clean and well kept.

Expectations Met! !!

First time staying in Maderia after vacationing years in Indian Shores. Very cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Love the outdoor space and proximity to the beach. On site managers Mary and John are very friendly and are available to meet any need you may have. We have found our yearly vacation spot. Already booked for next year

Clean! Perfect location and kids loved it too!

It was perfect! The views were spectacular and so uncrowded for beach time. Loved that it was walking distance to Johns Pass! Awesome that it had items to keep kids entertained, upstairs and for on the beach!

Perfect stay!

Our stay in Collwood #504 was perfect. The room had everything we needed and more. The entire property was very clean and well-kept. Loved that there were community beach chairs and toys! Will definitely book with Collwood and hopefully this unit for future trips!

Best condo on Madeira Beach

This is our third year staying at Collwood and our second year staying in this unit. This unit has been very recently updated and the decor, bedding and amenities are exceptional. You will be comfortable throughout the unit. Everything has been thought of. Everything is new, clean and inviting. Collwood is the best condo on Madeira. They have management that lives on site and are ready to help you with anything you might need. The pool is sparkling clean and the seating at the pool is wonderful. You can chose shade or sun at the pool around the clock which is very important to my fair skinned family. The grill area is clean and has everything you need to cook outdoors. The supply of chairs and toys for the beach are a big plus for us because we don't have to worry about lugging that stuff from home. The views from this unit are bar none. You will not find a better view on the gulf. The beach in front of Collwood is the most sparsely populated of any area on Madeira Beach. You simply cannot go wrong with Collwood and this unit in particular.

This 5th floor corner unit truly offers a beachfront view from every room. We have enjoyed early morning strolls on the sandy beach and reclining on the patio watching sunsets and dolphins play. Often times, we have enjoyed ski boats pulling hang gliders, jet skiers jumping waves, or just kayaks rowing gently nearby. Children love to build sand castles in this white sand, run and fly kites or even play frisbee on the beach. This building also offers a newly renovated heated pool with expanded sun deck, shuffleboard and gas barbeque and picnic area.
