Great place to stay. The setting was delightful. It was nice being in the "woods" rather than a crowded subdivision. Home had everything you needed to feel comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive for an early check in. Would recommend.

Very nice house and yard. Every kind of kitchen appliance and tool is available. All the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Great view from the deck. Although we only stayed 2 nights, this place would be comfortable for a month.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for especially if you have dogs. They loved the huge fenced in acre. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfy. Abby is a great host and the communication was excellent! I would love to stay here for an entire summer if I could. The pine forest is only a couple miles away if you like to go hiking with your pups. Williams is a great little town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Bearizona is a fantastic place to go and they have a mountain coaster too. I give everything 5 out of five stars. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean, well appointed house with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Beds were comfortable.Abby is a great host!

It was great stay close to Grand Canyon

We were looking for a close stay with all the home facilities for our family and we found this great property. We really loved our stay at this place.

Our host, Abby, was amazing when it came to communication. I let her know that we were out of propane and she had some delivered to us within a couple hours. She is very quick to respond. We also traveled with 3 dogs and they loved all the fenced in space to roam. We would have loved to have a covered porch area due to all the rain we got, but other than that our stay was amazing Thank you Abby

We had a great stay here. The fenced in yard was huge, allowing our dog to run free and explore. The house was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

I know you can't control the weather but it rained the entire time we were there. I would suggest you have sturdier mats or mud scrappers for shoes by the front and back doors. Unfortunately, my kids enjoyed hiking around the property and tracked mud into the house. I apologize for the mess, I tried to clean the floors as best as I could.Additionally, we could not use the grill as the gas tank was empty. Apparently the last one to use it forgot to close it when they were done. So perhaps add that check when turning over the property. We did enjoy the view of the rain from the living space windows, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the available appliances. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback! I’m sorry the weather made things so muddy during your stay. We’ll definitely take the suggestion about sturdier mats/mud scrapers into consideration. I also wish you had reached out to us about the grill while you were there. We have a gauge on the propane tank that is checked between guests, although the gauge will read empty if the propane valve isn’t turned on. Of course, we’re all human and it’s always possible something could have been missed, but our maintenance person lives directly across the street and could have had the grill checked and/or the tank replaced within just a few minutes had we known. I’m glad you enjoyed the views, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and stocked kitchen, and we appreciate you staying with us!

Loved our stay

We visited for the weekend to stop in at the Grand Canyon and bearizona. Lovely place to spend two nights, we had a great time and would come back.

Everything as advertised. Lots of room and everything you could think to need while there. Loved the large yard and firepit, large screen TV and comfortable bed.

Great Stay

Perfect place to pick up the Grand Canyon train in Willams. Super quiet, ton of space for the dog to roam, and toys for the kiddo.

Great home base for exploring the Grand Canyon!

We loved our stay. The place was clean and well-equipped. There was significant snow the day before we arrived and they made sure the driveway and walkways were plowed. Highly recommend this property and host!
