Very clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Mike was very responsive. Nice place, lots of room, comfortable beds. I really appreciated the cast iron pan! All I’ve ever seen in house rentals is non-stick pans that are scratched up and could be leaching chemicals into the food. It rained the entire two days we were there so I also appreciated being able to park in the garage. We didn’t get to use the grill or fire table because it was too windy and rainy, but they looked nice. I would stay there again,

This property was the perfect place for my family of 4 while visiting the Grand Canyon & surrounding area. It was clean, convenient to town, and quiet with plenty of space for everyone. Would stay here again & reccomend to friends/family.

Convenient location to Williams, AZ, without the foot traffic and bustle of downtown and the train.The property is clean, well kept, and decently appointed.Would stay here again.

Great Location

This was a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff. The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown Williams. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Awesome place!

Very clean house, beds SUPER comfortable, had everything we needed, beautiful surrounding area, host responded immediately to any questions we had, activities for kids, and clean drinking water!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Wonderful stay with easy drives to Grand Çanyon, Flagstaff, and national forest nearby. House was clean and equipped with all that we needed. Would stay again.

Great location, close but not in the middle of things

Perfect accommodations for our little group of family, friends and kiddos. The house was nice and beds were comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Fantastic and comfortable stay close to everything

We had a tremendous time at this wonderful, comfortable and quiet home! Kids, parents and grandparents traveled for a long "Polar Express" getaway and this was a perfect home! It had everything we needed, was quiet and close by to Williams! Great communication, easy access and so clean and cozy!!

Great jumping off point for Grand Canyon R2R

Perfect spot for base camp at the canyon. Well appointed kitchen with a solid patio/grill set up. Exactly what we needed. Mike was very responsive.
