4 BR townhome - Perfect for two families and just four minutes to Stratton base!

With four bedrooms and two baths, this unit provides the space that you need without base area prices and just a four minute drive to the lifts. Our home is great for a large family or two families traveling together. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs, offering privacy and space. Two sets of bunkbeds in the house make for a fun time for the kids, and our daughters personally decorated the upper floor bunk room. The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room fireplace has been recently updated. The deck features patio furniture and a gas fire pit. The Ground floor includes plenty of space for gear storage, a foosball table and wall-mounted TV.

Stratton is also beautiful in the fall and great for hiking and golf, as well as the summer months for tennis, golf, holiday weekend festivals at Stratton, shopping in Manchester, and the many cultural and historical attractions in the area. There are also great summer camps (Tennis, adventure camp) available at Stratton for longer summertime stays.

We recommend this condo for families and couples.

Great location, close drive to Stratton Mountain. This was the second time visiting this condo and the owners are great host, thank you Greg and Katie for the great communication and hospitality. We hope to come back again next season.

Very spacious yet cozy house right next to the mountain! We had a great stay, would definitely come back again. The kids loved having their own space to watch tv and hang out. Greg and Katie were very responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was amazing. Thank you guys!

Great ski weekend!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was well equipped, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. The location was convenient to the mountain. The host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location- four minute drive to the mountain- great communication with the owners and the condo is very comfortable, three floors so you don’t feel crowded. It was nicely decorated for Christmas so that was a nice surprise ! The outdoor stairs up to the condo were cleaned of snow so getting in and out was great. Parking right in front of the condo.We will return

Great place to stay with family and children, easy drive to Stratton Mountain!

I stayed here with my husband, children, and my brother and his kids for a weekend to ski at Stratton. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious enough for all 8 of us. Greg always responded right away and was gracious enough to let us check out late since nobody was coming in the same day we left- and this made our check out so much easier!

Last Minute Ski Trip

We were able to share the home with another family to enjoy the late season snowfalls. Great location near Stratton mountain and nearby towns. Home had everything we needed including a hill for the kids to sled on. Communication was great.

Family Ski Weekend

We had a wonderful time in Vermont. The townhouse was set up perfectly for the two families staying in it. We had space and also areas to come together. Everything was as described and the owner was so helpful and responsive. Would certainly stay here again! Thank you

Super convenient to the Stratton Mountain

Our group really enjoyed the stay. The townhouse is well equipped with everything we needed. The landlord gave detailed instruction and the self check in was a breeze. The location is great, only 4-5 minutes from Stratton Mountain. We would definitely want to come back and stay at this place if we come and ski at Stratton Mountain in the future. Thank you!

Smoke detectors unplugged from ceiling and laying without batteries, humidifier in hall was loud and had a pipe running down the hallway that drained into the bathtub. Trim through out the entire unit needed to be painted and was peeling. The refrigerator was full of expired food as was the freezer. The stairs on the main floor had no safety railing around it which was so dangerous if you have small children. And the amount of stairs required to get up and into the unit would have been nice to know about before hand. The basement was smelly and musty.

Great location and even better hosts!

Condo was everything we expected from the listing and more! The condo was clean and well stocked for a ski trip to Stratton Mountain. Our party of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) had plenty of room and space to spread out. It's literally 5 minutes down the road from the main base at Stratton. Greg and Katie are wonderful hosts! They were super fast and clear with communication, and provided us with all the information we could ever have needed. We are frequent VRBO travelers and would definitely visit here again.

Great location, friendly hosts

We spent Columbus Day weekend here and could not have been better. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is great - easy to get to and easy few minutes to Stratton village. They left great advise on everything local. Would highly recommend

We loved staying at this condo. It has much more room then we had thought for our group of 10. House had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and fantastic communication with the host. We will stay again!

The property was as described and host was friendly with great communication!

The host was very clear about the weight restrictions of the top bunk which was super helpful in planning. Communication with the host could not have been better and the property was just as described. 4 minutes drive to Stratton and 20 from Magic Mountain. Property was fully stocked with wood and had all appliances/pots,pans we needed. Wonderful stay and hope to visit again next year!

Perfect family spot for skiing at Stratton!

This was a perfect weekend getaway for two families with kids skiing at Stratton. The location is perfect. It was easily accessible, clean, and comfortable for two families of 5. The amenities were just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kids especially loved the waffle maker! There was plenty of space for cooking, though we also picked up some take out, and grabbed dinner in the village. Greg and Katie were excellent hosts!

Clean and Cozy

great location close to Stratton village, good amenities, ample parking. we had 8 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone. all the firewood we needed, game room, washer/dryer, comfortable living room and beds. Bath towels weren't provided so you need to bring your own, but no big deal. Greg the owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. would definitely book this place again when visiting Stratton.

Great Stratton Stay

Two families with young kids fit perfectly in this Stratton West property. It was clean and cozy and just a few minute drive up to the mountain. The hosts were helpful in advance of the trip proactively providing information and communication was excellent.

Greg and Katie, the homeowners, were so lovely. The home was very cozy snd perfect for our family. Our boys loved the bunk room and playing fusball! We loved the convenience to the ski mountain! We would definitely stay here again!
