Welcome to our 3 BR, 2 BA pet friendly home with 4 Beds and sofa sleeper. Enjoy your memorable Vegas vacation in our fully equipped home with an open concept entertaining space and take a dip in our sparkling private HEATED (additional fee) swimming pool

Conveniently located 7 minutes away from airport, and 20 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street and world famous Las Vegas Strip!

*POOL HEATING*
Pool Can be heated for a fee. Please notify us 24 hours ahead of time to set heater.

* PETS*
We are PET FRIENDLY, with a fully fenced backyard! With that said there is a fee of $100 for having a pet on our property. Disclose size and breed of pet just so we know, we do not discriminate
Please clean up after your, leaving pet poop on ground will result in an additional fee and unhappy staff and hosts. Do not allow your pet on furniture, there is a doggy bed in garage free for your use. If additional or extensive laundering services are required we will request an additional fee of $50. Please be honest, if you have intentions on having a sheddy pet sleep in bed communicate with us and pay the fee upfront. We are pet parents and understand it is important to have our fur babies close to us.

* SECURITY *

- There are two cameras that record video and sound, one in the driveway and a video doorbell.
- A noise monitoring device is placed outdoors (***does NOT record sound or video). An alert will be played to inform you if it’s too noisy during quiet hours. This is mainly to keep our neighbors happy with us.
- Our home is protected and monitored by Simplisafe when vacant and is disabled while guests are visiting.

The interior of this property was excellent. Clean, fresh, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was too cool and windy for us to be outside, but the outdoor area would have been a great gathering spot. There is ample room to park 2 cars in the garage if needed. The only knock was that the house is on a very busy thoroughfare and the traffic and siren noise was noticeable at night. The house next door has building materials stored out front and has poor curb appeal, but this was not an issue for us.

Great house, great location

Really enjoted the house. Lots of room for the 4 of us attending a convention. 15 minutes from the convention center and 10 minutes from the airport. A little road noise in the evening as it is on a main street. The coffee bar was a big hit. We will stay again when its warmer so we can use the pool and outdoor area

Family visit to Vegas

This house is exactly what you see and is explained. We loved this house. It has everything you would need. Although we didn't have a car this house has access to the garage. I loved that. It stayed in many vrbos and none had that. This house is on a very busy street and you don't hear the traffic while inside . very busy

Clean, comfortable, and so welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a really well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication from the host! We also paid the additional fee to heat the pool and it was nice and warm even on a cool (by Vegas standards) day.

Tnis property was as described and not too far from the strip. Minor cosmetic upgrades could be made, but my family and I enjoyed our stay overall. The Host was kind enough to have extra towels available for both the shower and the pool. We were also welcomed with snacks and beverages. We did not cook this trip, but everything was available if we decided to, including the outdoor grill. This property will be saved as a Favorite for future bookings.

Spacious and great location

House was clean and very spacious so had plenty of room for everyone. It was close to where we needed to be at and away from the hecticness of the strip. Would definitely try to stay there the next time!

Lovely home

Everything was fine with this lovely house, my kids had a great time. The only thing that I didn't like was that at night you can hear Every siren(police/ambulance)and all the cars that go by...... besides that Everything was amazing

Perfect family home

This rental met and exceeded our expectations. The home was well stocked and supplied with essentials. There were a lot of “extras” too that many rentals don’t think to provide that made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was a cool and refreshing retreat in the heat of the day. The master bed was firm but not hard and we slept very comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Coffee station was very cute. Host is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. If you get cold feet, there is a hall closet with blankets (didn’t discover till 2nd day). AC worked well. We all had a wonderful visit. We would stay here again.

Better than described

The property was clean and inviting. The hosts really made this feel like you were at home. From the welcome signs to basket of snacks, the endless coffee options and amazing backyard. We are sad to leave but will definitely come back for our next visit! Can I say the pool was to die for! The pics of the backyard do not do it justice!

Plenty of space for our stay

We stayed here for both business and a little leisure. The house is clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us to be comfortable. There's thoughtful touches like an emergency toothbrush in case you forgot or lotion. The backyard is nice with everything you need to BBQ and hang out. There is quite a bit of emergency vehicle sirens but that's to be expected in Las Vegas. It's not super quiet but we felt very safe. We thought it was a good central location for us to get to the strip or anywhere else in Vegas. Overall a nice stay in Las Vegas!

Best Bang for your Buck in Vegas

Might be the best house to rent in Vegas. Big outdoor area, including heated pool. Easy access to the strip, but away enough to avoid traffic. Friendly neighborhood and owners were pleasant, accommodating and great to work with. House was clean with everything you could need. Would highly recommend and fully intend to rent again, every time that I am in Vegas.

Great Family vacation!

We had a great time during our 6 night stay at this property. The pool and outside entertaining areas where fun and we had good weather to enjoy it. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and they thought of just about anything you could need. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only downside was that that the house is on a busy road and there is currently construction going on across the street during the day but it did not bother us that much. We would consider staying here again as it is within 10 minutes to any hot spots in Vegas without staying on the strip as well as things to do in that area.

Wonderful home base for Vegas stay

This cute property is in the perfect location to get to the strip and then to get away from the strip and chill out. We were in town for VivaFest 2024 and this home was the ideal home base for all the places we needed to be while in town. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Home is comfortable and well stocked with thoughtful items - including a coffee bar, spices, toiletries, laundry supplies and more! Definitely recommend!

Very close to airport and strip - well maintained property

Very windy but very comfortable

We were very impressed with this house despite the location on a busy road. Once inside the house and doors closed you could hardly hear outside noise. The home is well decorated and the amenities were amazing. Even special beds for our dogs. This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at in a very long time. So many things are supplied and we felt welcomed. The pool was great! We had it heated for our stay but due to the apocalyptic wind storm we were only able to use it for a few hours. But the kids enjoyed the pool when they could. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!
